The resort environment is the best in Semporna! There is no need to go island hopping when you stay in Kapalai. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from your room and have three full meals.

The room rate is 4500, the environment is really good, but there are no entertainment activities, and the hotel supporting services are not very good. The key is that the air conditioning is not cool, the mobile phone has basically no signal, and the hotel wifi is charged. These hardware are not good. At least there is seafood on the island. The meals are basically except for the occasional fish whose name I don’t know, and other seafood is completely unavailable! Breakfast is even more difficult to describe! I suggest you don’t go! You can make an appointment with other hotels in advance, which is more cost-effective! When booking, it is also marked to withdraw the five-day reservation, and then the hotel sent an email to tell us that if we take a boat, we will be charged more than 2300 for the boat fee. In fact, after arriving in Semporna, the hotel has a special pier and can take a boat to the island at 12:30. There is no need to make an appointment or charge! It should be a third party charging random fees.

The floor is full of dust. The air conditioner is broken. The toilet board is rotten. The refrigerator has no electricity. 3. The wooden floors of the hotel are all blocked and the screws have been loosened, so people and cars will make sounds when they pass by. Please watch the video😞 4. There is no phone in the hotel room, and the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi. You have to go out of the lobby to call a taxi and find the waiter. The important point is that they may not respond to your request😤 5. I originally came to enjoy nature in a quiet environment, but every morning at around six o'clock, I kept being woken up by the noisy wooden floor outside😤😤😤 6. Summary: The quality of domestic B&Bs is higher than theirs 😂
