Feedback for Stay on 15–16 September
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay from 15 to 16 September. There was no electricity during my booking, which significantly impacted my experience and made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable.
I reported the issue, but no proper resolution or compensation was provided. On top of that, I was denied a refund, which I find very unfair given the circumstances.
This experience did not meet basic standards, and I feel that guests should not be charged full price when essential services like electricity are unavailable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Its newly renovated and everything was perfect, great location as well, accessible to restaurants, piers , supermarkets..will definitely recommend it ❤️😍
