Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa All Inclusive

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and we were very impressed, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were greeted at reception by Kurt who made us feel really welcome. The Entertainment was really good and there was something for everyone? Lots of activities going on during the day too, I really enjoyed the evening yoga on the beach which is held by Sebastian another friendly staff member, there’s also an ice cream parlour which is included in the all-inclusive run by the very friendly Alassane. If I had to be really picky I would’ve enjoyed it more if some parts of the hotel were an adult only as the buffet does get noisy at times.

One of most beautiful hotels i have stayed in, i have now been to Mallorca 3 times & this time round decided to treat myself to some luxury for 6days. Its stunning... access to beach, choices of pools & restaurants. Entertainment throughout the day & evening. Rooms are immaculate & the staff go above & beyond to help. 10/10

Me and my girlfriend came to this hote and I cant say it enough of how happy and amazed we were by the service and attention we got there. From the facilities, to the dining experience, to the entertainment team and to the staff. I have nothing but compliments and great things to say! I wanted to especially thank Cristina Cabac for her undevided assinstance. She was nothing but nice and extremely helpful. She really cared about every detail of the experience and really showed how professional and oustanding the team was. She set such a high standard for us from now on for what such an amazing experience should look like ! It felt like we were staying at a 6 star resort! Thank you so much for everything!

Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the food was good at the buffet. Also, because we went in the fall, It was not extremely crowded. Staff were visibly present everywhere, constantly maintaining the grounds, cleaning up the communal areas, and offering to help. Our only complaints - which were somewhat significant - concerned the food and noise levels. First the food: we chose this hotel on the basis that a variety of restaurants were offered, but did not find out until we checked in that you could only go to those restaurants if you booked a table in advance, and while they informed us you could not book a table until you had checked in somehow every restaurant was fully booked for the duration of our stay for one week at the time that we checked in. After discussing this matter with guest services, they suddenly had two tables available, and we were able to try to out of the three restaurants. We would not have even cared that much if the resort had just stated upfront that there was limited capacity at those restaurants and they needed to be booked in advance but there was no mention of that during booking. The irritating part was that every time we spoke to someone, the explanation was different, so that was why we were bothered by it more so than the fact that the restaurants were full, because it seemed rather like a scam to attract customers but save them money, as opposed to a consistently straightforward policy. The other downside was the noise level. There was loud entertainment every evening outside until 10 PM to the extent that even was our door closed and a white noise machine on it was disruptively loud when we were putting our children to bed because the resort was meant to be family friendly, catering to families specifically with things like playgrounds children’s waterpark and an ice cream shop we were surprised that they also had events that loud, and that late that you might expect to find at a place that was aiming more toward young adult adults or singles.
