"We had a fabulous time at this hotel, the room was so nice cleaned every day, the food was so nice either eating in the main restaurant or at the pool bar, the different variety of food was so good, always lots to choose from, we couldn’t fault it, the entertainment in the evening was really good saw some very good acts that are well worth seeing, or you can stroll over the road to the other complex over looking the lake for a change of scenery, the drinks are very good we did all inclusive which was great for us, the pool area is very nice the hotel staff keep everything clean, only thing is you need to get up to make sure you get a sunbed in the morning but that’s usually the norm on a lot of holidays, we had a lovely holiday, and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO ROY, who is over the entertainment lots of different activities going on throughout the day he is such a lovely guy my husband did all the activities he really had a great time meeting lots of lovely people, Roy even came to find us to say goodbye when we was leaving which was really nice.thank you for a wonderful holiday xx"

I was worried about not being able to buy water since we were staying in the middle of nowhere, but that was a relief. The room was small but clean, and there was a small balcony, but we didn't use it. The hotel's backyard is right on the beach, but it rained that day, so the view wasn't great, which isn't the hotel's fault. Luggage storage was also smooth, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience."

"A charming hotel just a few steps, across the street from the beach. Excellent location, everything within the reach, shops, bus-stops. Receptionists were friendly and always smiling. So was the hotel manager. Breakfast was fabolous. On the down side, room walls are quite thin and I could hear neighbours discussion and noises from the movement of cleaning trolleys. We had a smalll apartment overlooking the swimming pool, bathroom was perfect although two rooms and the kitchen would welcome some upgrade: more kitchen utensils, change of furtniture. We stayed one week , just me and my friend and would not hesitate to return to the same place. There were two concerts during our stay, quite enjoyable."

"This place is fantastic! I booked a single room for my solo trip, including two meals. Here are some advantages: 1. Excellent location, car-free. It's conveniently located in Alcudia, easily accessible from both the Parma city center bus terminal and the airport by direct bus! The beach, a beautiful, jelly-like sea, is also within walking distance. 2. Excellent facilities and a clean environment. There's a table and a small refrigerator. The bed is a spacious single bed like the one pictured, very comfortable! Towels were provided in the bathroom. The terrace is beautiful, with a double table and chairs and a clothes rack. There's a beautiful lake and swimming pool downstairs, and the bar area has entertainment in the evenings. For me, simply enjoying the sunset alone on the terrace was wonderful. 3. Convenient dining options and a wide variety of choices. I opted for the breakfast and dinner included, saving me the hassle of deciding what to eat; I still ate out for lunch, enjoying the experience of finding delicious food. The picture shows one of my buffet dinners and breakfasts. 4. Excellent staff service. They were very friendly. For example, I checked in quite late, and dinner service had already closed, but the front desk and kitchen prepared an extra dinner for me. I appreciate their extra effort!"

"My family and I have just returned from what can only be described as the best holiday we’ve ever had. As a family of four—two adults, one young teen and one pre-teen—we can honestly say this was the perfect holiday for us. We’ve travelled quite a lot and experienced all sorts of countries, hotels and resorts, but Valentin is without a doubt the best we’ve ever experienced. Playa de Muro beach is simply idyllic. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully set amongst greenery and olive trees, and the bungalows were absolutely perfect for our family. They were modern, comfortable and compact, with a lovely Scandinavian feel. The large verandas were a real bonus, and having fresh pool towels whenever we wanted was a lovely touch. The crisp white bed linen and towels were refreshed daily, keeping everything feeling fresh and spotless. The pool bar was fantastic, serving delicious cocktails and excellent food with a great choice for lunch. The main restaurant was equally impressive. The food was fresh, varied and offered an incredible amount of choice. We needed some gluten-free options during our stay, and nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact, the gluten-free food was the best we’ve ever experienced at a hotel—a huge thank you to the team for making this so easy and enjoyable. The pools were large, beautifully maintained and never felt crowded. The activities were just the right balance—low-key, relaxed and incredibly fun. From aqua relaxation to swimming races, there was something for everyone. Our son particularly loved the football and basketball sessions in the early evening. But what really made this holiday so special was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were some of the friendliest, most professional and genuinely lovely people we’ve ever met on holiday. The level of service was simply outstanding. A special mention has to go to Claudio, who welcomed us on arrival and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. He was a brilliant entertainer, and quiz night was a particular favourite—his comic timing was absolutely brilliant! Pablo and Anna from the animation team were simply superb, and a huge thank you to everyone in the bar and restaurant, including Tyrome, Darwin, Margarita, Andres, Lisandra and, of course, Juan. You were all amazing and helped make our holiday what it was. Thank you to everyone at Valentin for making our stay so incredibly special. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We left already talking about coming back, and this is honestly the first holiday where we’ve wanted to book our return straight away. "A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way. The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :) The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint. The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day."

"Stayed at zafiro bahia in july with family - 2 children. it’s our 3rd time to stay at this location & we love it.. The rooms are spacious & clean we booked a pool view. there was a small kitchenette area - fold out sold bed which was very comfortable. A separate room with a double bed very comfortable. The food at this hotel is delicious there is so much to each something for everyone. The variety at the breakfast is fab & the smash burger bar was a hit for lunch. the location is right on the beach which is stunning. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel on the right.. there are not many shops close by the hotel which is fine with us.. Entertainment is excellent the team work so very hard to make you enjoy your holiday & to get the kids involved.. Shout out to Pepe who is great with everyone & works so hard at the pool to get everyone involved.. the night shows & quiz’s are very good the kids love them. The inflatable ball in the pool is the kids favourite they love it hours of fun.. there are plenty of life guards at this pool at all times. the reception staff are friendly & help with any requests.. I will be back very soon to stay here again.. we have stayed in many Zafiro hotels this is a favourite.."

"Lovely hotel. Older and slightly worn, but everything was clean, tidy and fully functioning. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Room was lovely (had a terrace), also had kettle and fridge. Beds were comfy. Entertainment looked fun, and staff were enthusiastic without being pushy. Could hear the evening entertainment from the room but it finished by 11pm, so wasn't an issue. No noise issues overnight. Pool area was clean with showers (useful for rinsing sand off feet after coming back from the beach). Were all inclusive and food was excellent. Large variety of salad stuffs, meat, fish, cheese, bread etc. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Snacks available during the day were great. Soft drinks and water readily available. Don't drink alcohol so can't comment on that. Location was great. 5 min walk to the beach, close to bus stop (buses efficient and clean) and local shops and a larger supermarket a few minutes up the road, towards Alcudia. National Park a few mins walk away in the other direction. Altogether a lovely holiday in a great little hotel."

"Lovely apartment. We had the studio in the new section. Small but everything you need. Clean shower with a powerful jet. Cleaning five times a week. Comfortable sunbeds by the pool. You can rent the Balinese beds for 20 euros a day. This includes two drinks, which can also be cocktails. Location close to the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. No nightlife after midnight; everything closes."
