Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort

we was here for the first time on the 27th September for 7 nights, the temperature was just perfect to enjoy, the location of the hotel was beautiful you have the sea and the mountains as well. Atmosphere it was very nice, with lots of thinks to do, the entertainment it was very good every night( thank you Anna and Barbie for the laugh) petty that you should have more Turkish music and Turkish shows. Rooms very spacious with a nice balcony and clean, but unfortunately you can hear everything from the other rooms. Plenty of food and drinks all day long (it was nice to have more Turkish food, even that i am Romanian i love your culture, food and music). The only inconvenient for a 5 star hotel and is only a minor think but sometimes it makes a huge deafferents it was the glasses for cocktails very basic glass in the reception and restaurant area, and for outside the plastic ones they were to small, you have to go all the time to get a drink if you are beside the pool. they have so many pools that even the hotel was fully booked you didn't fell over crowd, plenty of sunbeds, the kids area with all the slides it was exactly what we need, even the adults enjoyed :) only that for this time of the year the water in the pools was very cold. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, nice manners with knowledge of so many different languages. i highly recommended it the Turkish bath, the guys from the Spa reception they were very helpful and the girls who does the message they are so good. We got lovely memories printed out by Nemo, thank you so much for the photos. Overall we been happy with our choice and definitely we are coming back. Thank you very much for the lovely memories

As returning guests of many times all we can say is absolutely amazing . The welcome we got when we arrived was absolutely warm and emotional ❤️ from the staff who remembered us from our last visit who was duty at the time and this continued throughout our holiday. We can not say a bad word about this place its everything we need from a relaxing no hassle holiday and gets better every time we visit . Everyone goes above and beyond to make your holiday extra special. Kelly and everyone at the hotel works really hard and each and everyone of you should be so proud of making the resort what is . We love it that much we have booked to go twice again next year and cannot wait to get back to see everyone. If your looking for a relaxing and stunning hotel look no further as this place is amazing. We visited your hotel for a family vacation last week. I would like to share our feedback by examining our experience from several perspectives. 1. Dining & Nutrition The hotel had a buffet restaurant and a poolside restaurant The poolside restaurant located near the coffee shop and bar only served set meals at lunch. The buffet restaurant had a specific theme almost every day, especially for dinner, and guests could choose from a wide variety of available foods. There was also a section for fruits and salads, as well as a dessert section. Overall, the buffet performed admirably. Furthermore, the hotel has an à la carte restaurant. Although we stayed for 6 nights, the hotel's policy grants a complimentary meal at the à la carte restaurant for stays longer than seven nights. This privilege was extended to us as well, and we dined one night at the Italian restaurant. We found the food to be excellent; we ordered steak and salmon, and the restaurant also provided us with dessert and appetizers. Additionally, the hotel had numerous bars located in the lobby, Sunset Bar and by the pools. It seemed that guests could order drinks virtually anywhere they wished. There were also kiosks for ice cream and waffles, which were very popular with children after swimming. 2. Rooms The rooms were sufficiently large and spacious.Our room had a view of both the sea and the water park, which was incredibly beautiful. Waking up to a view of the Aegean Sea from our bed was a wonderful feeling. Regarding housekeeping: during our 7-day stay, our room was cleaned only three times. Once, they came to clean at 3:00 PM while we were resting. Generally, the rooms were cleaned in the late afternoon. Since we often rested in the room at that time, it meant our room wasn't cleaned promptly. I suggest the hotel ask guests for their preferred cleaning time to avoid this issue. 3. Water Park & Pools The water park was open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.A significant strength was that I never had to wait in long queues for the slides during our entire stay. However, the many stairs were somewhat tiring, and I noticed that some older guests could not use the slides. I don't know if it's feasible, but installing a lift would greatly help guests access them more easily. Overall, the pools were incredibly and surprisingly clean, which is a credit to the hotel's staff. I personally saw the team meticulously cleaning the pools after 7:00 PM. We also never had to wait for a sunbed; they were always available whenever we went to the pool. 4. Animation Team The animation team put in a lot of effort.Every night, from around 8:45 PM to 9:15 PM, there was a children's disco with dancing, which I believe was very enjoyable for the kids. The main show ran from approximately 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. I particularly enjoyed three of these nights: the Colombian show, the African show, and a fantastic show held on Friday night. We arrived here on the 14th and had the best experience! My youngest went to kids club and rose was brilliant with my son! And the mini disco was brilliant according to my son!

We had the a really good holiday 2 A 2 C 13&12. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time, we had a swim up room but used the activity pool everyday which was lots of fun, the animation team are brilliant and super friendly. Our room was 5102 which got the sun after 2pm, if you stay in this block be prepared to not sleep until gone midnight, there is a disco in the next hotel which is that loud the windows shake! The grounds are beautiful and the staff work hard to keep all areas tidy. We felt as a family this hotel gave us everything we needed to have fun and relax but the good and service sadly let this hotel down, breakfast is less chaotic but sadly lacking in choice unless you like pancakes, the pastries just looked over baked and dry! For lunch we ate mainly at the snack bar, the pizza is the best thing if they have any because it was hit and miss with what food would be available and if you hate wasps be prepared to fight them off! There are loads! Evening meal is an absolute nightmare, if you are lucky enough to get a table you will probably have to find cutlery then go to the bar for any drinks which after holidaying in Turkey many many times is a first! Then it is the fight to get food, it is not a nice environment to feel relaxed and enjoy any food! The food is not the best and the whole dining experience lets this hotel down massively. The staff in the other bars are fantastic especially in The Sunset Bar, we went in there every night. We all had a great holiday but sadly let down by the food and service in the main buffet. 5 stars for the pools, bars, grounds and staff 3 stars for the main buffet, lack of service and chaos Nearly forgot to mention Kelly on guest relations who is so helpful and friendly.

Great waterpark with different sections to suit all ages of children (and adults!). Three pools to choose from. There’s an adults only pool but there were young children in there on occasion so the no under 16 rule needs to be enforced. Massive main pool and a lovely activity pool where the animation team kept us entertained. The music plays all day and can be a bit too loud sometimes. The team work hard and brought a great deal of fun to the day with imaginative pool games. Nice beach area with plenty of sunbeds and shade. There were fantastic DJ sets on two nights (almost full-on raves!!) with food and drinks and a great band on another night, plus the usual entertainment for children and adults in the auditorium. Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice. There are four speciality restaurants. The Italian was fabulous but the fish less so. The starters were delicious but the sea bass was dreadful. I’ve never had one presented to me like that - absolutely full of bones and poor tasting, dry, meat. The lobby bar was buzzing. Nice atmosphere for a pre and post dinner drink. There’s a patisserie that I didn’t try, but the cakes looked good. A really good all inclusive hotel and I’d go back!
