Good place to be breakfast is great - sigh you far from the city center - the hotel offer Japanese, Italian and Chinese restaurant which are onsite - however there are an infestation of misquotes that makes life difficult

There is bus No. 925 at the hotel entrance. Take the bus towards Udine and get off at via carina. The M2 line is just around the corner (don’t take the bus towards Gobba, it’s the opposite direction and will still pass by the hotel entrance) The environment is amazing, an unexpected surprise

Hotel in a strategic position in Milan 2, excellent for those with relatives or who have to pay visits to the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little from age, the kindness and courtesy of the staff are truly commendable and the cleanliness it's great. The price is sometimes not adequate but obviously the demand in Milan is high every day, I highly recommend it especially if you have some discounts in certain periods such as "Black Friday" or perhaps Trip.com offers.

We arrived late, around midnight, to check in at NH Milano 2 Residence. At reception, we were greeted by a man who, as we later discovered, was just a security guard. He seemed completely unaware of our booking and clearly didn’t know how to handle the usual check-in process, which led to some confusion and delay. That said, we were exhausted from driving all day, so we just took the keys and headed to our room. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the service at this place was honestly disappointing. When I went to take a shower, I couldn’t turn the water off afterward. I called reception for help, and the same guard came to check—but he didn’t know how to fix it either. We asked if we could just change rooms, as we had no intention of sleeping with the sound of water constantly running. He told us he would need to call his colleague because he was “just a guard,” then changed his mind and told us to call his colleague ourselves and explain the issue. That seemed unreasonable to me—it’s his job to handle problems like this, not ours. Still, we were too tired to argue. My husband made the call, explained everything, and the man on the phone told us to wait in the room for five minutes while he called back with instructions about moving to another room We waited the five minutes, but no one ever called us back. So we decided to go straight to the reception. The “guard” handed us the keys to a different room, which ended up being smaller than the one we originally had. The bathroom was very old, with visible cracks everywhere. The shower door couldn’t even close properly, so when my husband showered, water leaked onto the floor. At that point, we were too tired to care—as long as we could finally sleep. The next day, we went out early and returned to the hotel later that night, only to find that we couldn’t open our room door. So once again, we had to make the long walk back to reception (which was quite far from our room). Thankfully, the staff member there this time actually knew what he was doing and was able to help Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from what we expected from a hotel under the NH brand. The service was unorganized, especially at night, and the quality of the facilities was poor. I would not recommend staying here, and we certainly won’t be coming back

We got downgraded to the NH residence hotel when they were not able to honor our initial reservation at the NH hotel nearby. The residence is dirty, grimy, with stained carpets throughout the property. There is a stale stench throughout the hallways and into the bedrooms. The bathrooms have a patchwork of repairs. Avoid this property if at all possible.

I booked two standard rooms with balconies and views of the small lake in front of the property weeks in advance. I requested multiple times, via both emails and phone calls, for either connecting or adjacent rooms since one of the rooms was for my children, including my 9-year-old daughter, as the hotel didn't have rooms large enough to accommodate all four of us. Each time, I was assured that as an NH Titanium member, I would receive one of these options. We checked in two hours ago after a 7-hour flight, and to my surprise, the lady at the desk, who appeared to be a trainee, informed me that neither option was available. Consequently, I had to settle for two rooms separated by an apartment. Moreover, one of the rooms was noticeably smaller than the other, even though I paid for two large rooms. I was also disappointed to learn that there was no manager or supervisor available on the weekend to address my complaint. This is utterly unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen before. The photos on the official website are completely different from the reality. The carpet is dirty and looks like something from horror movies. It was also stinky and the opened window didn’t help. I do not recommend this “hotel” (it’s difficult to describe it as a hotel).
