1.到店發現沒有電梯~原本樓層比較高，考慮到高反，前台給換到217（2樓平台，外面有條牛）
2.窗户漏風有安全隱患~房號217窗户裝反了是關不住的，也就是外面能翻窗進來，房間也鎖不了窗，然後一晚上漏風，吹的窗簾飄動~
3.沒有暖氣沒有地暖~前台説是水暖，就跟北方暖氣片那種一樣的，説時間問題，開了開關等一段時間就暖和，實際從晚上9點到第二天9點都不熱
4.停水且沒暖氣~因為第二天下雪我們續住，跟前台再次反饋暖氣問題，前台給換到312房間，我們3點進房間，等到4點多都沒暖，問前台是説沒有熱水，再等等，然後又説暖氣是18點開放到第二天9點
5.沒有暖氣~18點後還是不熱，問前台是説修鍋爐，等晚上7-8點開放暖氣再看看
6.沒有暖氣~晚上8點多還是沒有，前台喊了阿姨上來阿姨也不懂，説是水暖比較慢，要等水汽慢慢上升，阿姨第二次進房間還是直接拿門卡開門的沒有敲門或者是詢問的
7.沒有餐食服務~房間送餐寫的營業時間是到晚上9點，我8點左右致電訂餐電話打不通，問前台説給我回電，後面回電又説餐廳下班了
8.沒有熱水沒有暖氣~最後跟阿姨跟前台反饋暖氣問題，房間沒有電熱毯沒有暖氣怎麼辦，他們説今天沒有熱水，意思就是説沒有熱水所以沒有暖氣，所以在下雪天氣外面零下10°的天，在酒店啥都沒有衹能硬抗
總結：叫你等暖氣慢慢變熱這種是暫緩話術來的，實際上都是沒有暖氣的，冬天入住需謹慎
