1.沒空調！沒空調！沒空調！頁面顯示有空調結果實際入住沒有空調衹提供了這麼一個暖風機10釐米以外就感受不到熱了而且整個酒店衹有一台暖風機。2.老式熱水器同行女生洗頭洗一半沒熱水了。3.衞生間返臭晚上被臭醒。總結：這邊10月最低氣温就零下了冬天絕對不要入住不敢想高海拔感冒會多慘聯繫老闆給到的答覆就是可以退房這前不着村後不着店的地方大晚上怎麼趕路換酒店特地選了帶空調的房間結果沒有差勁👎🏻也別説什麼一百多一晚的房間不要求太高也不是沒住過一百多的酒店第一次遇到沒空調沒熱水的

酒店的設施比較簡陋，但是老闆比較熱情，整體衞生還算比較乾淨，周圍在修路灰塵較大，整體來説還算不錯！！

到色達晚了就住這裏，但不巧翁達鎮當天有婚禮，鎮上的人都必須參加婚禮，酒店裡麪的老闆和員工也不例外，我們到了酒店，老闆娘才重新換被套。

夜晚接近零度，連熱水都不供應，大半夜的突然發現洗澡的熱水器壞的，看這樣子壞了不是一天兩天了？開了一天車，又熱又累，洗個熱水澡不過分吧？給我送了個暖瓶，幸虧我帶了個塑料盆，給個暖瓶是想讓我在鏡前的洗手盆裏洗澡嗎？太離譜。衣架沒有，燒開水喝的熱水壺沒有，一兩元礦泉水不提供，吹風機沒有，一次性拖鞋沒有，這些東西很貴嗎？另外洗浴間氣味很重，有前住客們留下來的頭髮絲都成團了，基本的乾淨衞生都做不到？
