Das Hotel liegt direkt am Heidensee. Alle Apartments haben einen Blick auf den See und die Marina. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Insgesamt mach die gesamte Anlage einen sauberen Eindruck. Frühstück kann man dazu buchen , muss man aber nicht. Die Küche im Apartment bietet die Möglichkeit sich selbst zu versorgen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb.. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 10 liegt etwa 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Somit kein Problem wenn man in die Stadt möchte. Uns hat es gefallen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten das Aparthotel als Ausgangspunkt unserer Fahrradtouren gewählt. Der Fahrradständer hinter dem Appartement ist nicht diebstahlsicher und nicht für E-Bikes geeignet. Aber die Fahrräder kann man über Nacht im Bootshaus abstellen. Das Appartment ist riesig groß und Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer getrennt. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Vom Nachbar bekommt man nichts mit, nur auf der Terrasse. Küche: Geschirr für 4 Personen ausreichend. Das Angebot Frühstück im großen Saal des Gebäudes einzunehmen haben wir dankend angenommen. Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Ei, Yoghurt,Obst - einfach,nix besonderes. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Yachthafen. Schade dass man hier nicht baden kann. Die in den Hotelunterlagen nächst gelegene Badestelle "Großmuttersloch" liegt ca 1500m entfernt im Naturschutzgebiet und ist nur über einen Dschungelpfad zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben eine gehobene Ausstattung. Das Bett ist bequem, Matratze hat eine mittlere Stärke. Leider etwas zu schmal. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Heidensee. Nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Campingplatz mit Anschlüssen und ein Duschhaus. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis angemessen. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant. Bootsverleih ist super und günstig. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Verkehrsanbindung gibt es ein paar Hundert Meter weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt bei der Marina Nord am Heidensee. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und Bushaltestelle 5 Min zu Fuss entfernt . Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Appartement sind hell und grosszügig konzipiert. Küchenzeile mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Betten sind bequem. Für Selbstversorger ist der Brötchenservice empfehlenswert. Schöner Sitzplatz mit Blick auf die Marina. Küchenwäsche und Badetücher werden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Badezimmer ist gross. Leider gibt es beim Duschen immer wieder starke Temperaturschwankungen beim Duschwasser. WLAN ist relativ schwach und fällt auch zeitweise aus, wohl bei zu starker Belegung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Heidensee. Wir haben morgens den Brötchenservice genutzt und die Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Marina und den See sehr genossen. Etwas laut war es am Samstagabend, als eine private Feier uns länger wach gehalten hat. Für unseren Hund haben wir 10 € / Tag Aufpreis gezahlt. Eine Zwischenreinigung des Bodens mit einem Staubsauger war dafür aber leider nicht drin - wir haben täglich selber gefegt und uns über diese hohe Zusatzgebühr etwas geärgert. Im Eingangsbereich der Appartements gibt es Parkplätze, es fehlen aber diebstahlsichere Fahrradständer. Die WLAN-Verbindung war mit einem kostenlosen Leih-Router von der Rezeption prima. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apparthotel empfehlen.
