"Very good position (close to the highway), easy to park, good breakfast. Quite convenient the automatic check-in, maybe a bit long but the process is easy. My room was clean and there was whatever needed. Look of the room: modern style. WiFi is working well."

"Nice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay."

"Really liked this hotel, great room with nice bathroom and plenty of hanging space for clothes. Great facilities for snowsports (and biking). Lots of choice for a hearty breakfast. Good bar facility and the "bar snacks" are more dinner than snack. Only negative is that the bed mattress was too soft. Staff were really helpful and accommodating."

"Extremely lovely and friendly staff and relaxed environment. Clean and nice rooms. The ski bus to Hochfugen stops at the hotel and the cable car up to Spieljoch is within walking distance. Nice spa facilities and ski storage at the hotel and very family friendly hotel."

"Unfortunately, a restful night's sleep was virtually impossible at this hotel. A busy main road, more reminiscent of a racetrack, runs right next to the building. Traffic noise was constant until late into the night – extremely loud and disruptive. In addition, a very noisy ventilation system, presumably from the hotel or the office building, ran continuously. The monotonous drone made falling asleep even more difficult. I informed the staff about the problem when checking out, but my complaint was met with no response. This suggests that the problem is already known, but apparently nothing is being done about it, or even can be done. A real shame – because a hotel should primarily be a place to rest and sleep. This was definitely my last stay at this establishment."
