"My wife and I were in June 2026 for a week in the really beautiful hotel. The room was very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and above all it was really very nice clean. Breakfast is also super good. The coffee is very delicious and the choice of foods of high quality and made with love. The cake in the morning was simply great. Mirror and whirlpool was freshly prepared on request. The fruit was also very delicious. In the great atmosphere in the Rosengarten, the whole breakfast was simply dreamy. But what I want to highlight especially are the great people in the hotel. The operator couple are simply very very great hosts. So effortless and friendly. We were super advised about silvercard and cared about the whole procurement. Every day we were asked whether we were okay and whether we could help. We were given instructions about the destinations such as the wolf clam. The trip has really been worth over 30 degrees. You can see how much heart blood they have in their hotel and their guests. Also staff such as the room girls, the ladies at the reception and the breakfast service were all exceptionally super nice. We would and will always recommend this hotel and also check in there again. No question 5 stars."

"The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to it The staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return."

"Nice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay."
