"I was booked at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport after the first hotel l booked could not find my booking though l had paid and had the confirmation. However, Trip.com helped and booked me at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. And it turned out as the better hotel and better room as service than my previous hotel. "NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time."

"This is a great hotel for an early morning flight. Free shuttle busses to the airport and to the hotel from Schiphol airport as well. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and tidy bathroom. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was easy to reach. I have been using the hotel for many times mow, just because of the price and good location. However every time there is an issue with checking in/out. I always reserve the upgraded room type, and every time they are trying to give you the basic room. This is a big Disadvantage and frustrating. This morning my car did not start so I had to call a road service, which would take some time. I advised the frontoffice about the issue and advised that I could take some time before they would come. In the meantime I informed them that I would  leave and be back. Again a very unfriendly/willing front desk."

"Friendly staff. 6 minutes by bus with the stop 200 meters away. Nice little self service buffet. Rooms aren’t spacious but adequate just the same. No real storage place dor clothes besides 3 hangers. For an overnight stay it’s perfect."
