"The airport drop-off service was excellent, running every twenty minutes and always on time. The check-in staff were also great; they extended my check-out time by an hour and even gave me delicious cookies. However, the airport pick-up service was terrible. I waited at gate 3A for a full fifty minutes. A car drove right past me without stopping in the middle of it – what was that all about? I was dragging two suitcases and ended up chasing it, which left me with a huge bruise. Furthermore, this hotel is massive with many buildings. The building I stayed in felt like it had very few guests. The room facilities were also quite old (though I appreciated having a microwave in the room). There were all sorts of noises at night, and being alone, I honestly got a bit scared. I ended up sleeping with the lights on."

"I stayed at this hotel for a meeting in Bellevue. It is close by the subway which can bring you to Seattle downtown in about half an hour. The room was big and comfortable. However, one night I saw a big cockroach scurrying across the floor, which was very unpleasant. I reported it to the front desk, who moved me to the next room in the middle of the night. However, the two rooms were separated by a door with a gap underneath that could easily have accommodated the cockroach. I was promised a partial refund for this inconvenience, which I still haven't received."

"I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Great location, within walking distance to Amazon. It's very convenient to get to various attractions downtown, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the Amazon Spheres. In the following days, I walked to the Spheres, but unfortunately, the Mexican restaurant downstairs was closed. Many areas inside Amazon are for offices, so it's very quiet. Parking is available; we parked at Amazon on the weekend for only 11 CAD."

Start your day with a handcrafted beverage at our modern Starbucks marketplace and upscale coffee bar. Immerse yourself in the flavors of the Pacific Northwest at Alder and Ash, offering New American cuisine and craft cocktails that celebrate our regions products and producers. Experience contemporary Asian cuisine at Vivienne's Bistro, downtown Seattle's newest culinary treasure. Whether you want to shop at Pike Place Market, experience Chihuly Garden & Glass, catch a game at Lumen Field, or attend a concert at Climate Pledge Area, the Sheraton Grand Seattle is the ideal gateway to experience all the Emerald City has to offer in our hotel in Seattle, Washington.

"Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line."

Taking its cue from the iconic architecture of the Seattle Central Library, Renaissance Seattle Hotel blends a literary theme with locally inspired experiences to connect you with the essence of downtown Seattle. Discover one of the finest Seattle hotels, the gem of the Pacific Northwest’s "Emerald City," where you will truly live like a local. There's plenty to do at our hotel near Seattle aquarium. Whether you are reading a book in our Media Room or out exploring Seattle attractions just steps away like Pike Place Market, Lumen Field, Pioneer Square, and the downtown Waterfront, you will enjoy a memorable stay at our hotel in downtown Seattle. Our Navigators stand by to curate an indigenous and local experience. Our great location eliminates travel stress thanks to easy access to major freeways and Sea-Tac International Airport. Unwind in spacious, pet-friendly rooms with stunning views of the Seattle skyline.

"The hotel is right next to the I-5 highway, so rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy. The rooms are pretty standard, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, so don't expect too much. Hotels of the same brand usually have a higher rating in China, which is a common phenomenon. Parking was tight; the underground garage was completely full when we returned at night. We had to get permission from the front desk to park in a handicapped spot. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which is quite convenient. The city is very hilly, like San Francisco, so walking around can be tiring."
