"My brother and I stayed here for 4 days. The location is within walking distance to the bus station and right next to the Çeşme Castle, the location is central and very close to the minibuses that go to the beaches. The rooms were small but clean, air conditioning is an advantage. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast is quite good. There are fresh products. It has 2 separate terraces, the view is magnificent. There are hangers on the upper floor terrace where you can hang your clothes after coming from the beach. I stayed at a different place in Çeşme last year, this was the first time we stayed here, but it was much more advantageous in terms of price, location and breakfast. We are thinking of choosing this place again next year. Thanks to the hotel owners."

"This house is very clean, very close to the sea, very close to the ancient castle, it is very awkward to live, do not live on the first floor, the room is small, the facilities are very simple ~ there is a bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, no table chairs, in the room ~ can lie on the bed, and have to pull the curtains, Because the door is the courtyard, some guests will tease the cat in the courtyard outside the door. In short, the living is very awkward. The door lock of the room is inserted into the card to get electricity, but there is no delay. When I sleep at night, I want to unplug the key and lock the door. The room is immediately dark and can’t be seen. There is no bedside. Lying on the bed has to lean on the brick wall."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is the easy parking. If there's no space in front of the hotel, you can park in the courtyard next to the restaurant. It's incredibly convenient for those with a car. The room isn't very big, which I think is a small drawback for a hotel costing over 700 RMB per night. The room is really quite small. But it has a balcony, and the view is truly beautiful. Anyway, if you don't have a car in this location, don't come here. Getting around isn't very convenient. "We were in Izmir when we decided to get a room in Çeşme and I booked this hotel trough Trip.com. It had best ratings and it came up 1st of the list. We didn’t think twice cos we are not keen in staying in hotels for our holiday as we like to travel around. So we didn’t expect anything wow for a 3 stars hotel. But to be honest we found the place charming, a cute family owned small hotel with a cosy veranda for breakfast, served every morning by polite staff. You don’t order anything but eggs, the rest comes fresh from the kitchen: olives, cheeses, watermelon, nuts, honey, tomato and cucumbers and other stuff as meze style. Rooms are small but cosy and clean with a side balcony facing the garden. That’s all we needed. The owner is a gentle person fluently in English and very helpful. We had a problem with hairdryer and a new one came in a minute. Location for us is the best part and that’s why we chose it. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach, a nice side walk between villas and the cristal water shore. 5 minutes from the marina and all the bars, restaurants and beach clubs. You can just step out from the hall and stop a minibus (dolmush) with your hand. Can go to Alaçati or Cesme in 10 minutes for only 1 euro. If you not too fussy and want to spend few days in a good, clean, cosy and friendly environment we highly recommend to try Mon Ilica Otel."
