Bugs on bed and on the table need serious deep cleaning! aircon is not helping in the room, and same thing in the lobby area, i understand the weather is bad, but maybe if you could check the aircons needed service or not, thankyou

Very near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Sudirman center offices, and Mega Kuningan business district. Private & safe environment, very easy to find. Sunrise and city night view from the room is amazing. But what I love most of the room is the whiskey bar 😆!

Nice hotel for its design, amenities and luxurious fittings. But in terms of service it’s really poor, waiting for reception to check in for room request. Understand this could be due to new year eve weekend. The towel was abit stained as well. Also my partner charger was left at the hotel room but the hotel couldn’t find it which is weird. While it’s a nice property, hotel needs to work more on the level of service provided given its luxury branding.

I love this hotel because it has so much optionality for us to book and when I arrived, it was basically a 5 star treatment like magic in Disneyland; I could feel the warmth of the staff getting ready to help me settle and be comfortable. I went to the gym once and it was also very clean and well facilitated.

Stayed there with my mum for 4D3N on 31 March, upgraded to Garden View Suite on 22nd floor. Room was equipped with kitchennette, hall and two toilets. Access to Raffles Club facilities comes with free breakfast, high tea and evening cocktail for two. You may choose to have breakfast at Raffles Club or the Art Cafe (buffet).

Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

Sunday brunch and breakfast were very excelent. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff all very impressive. Shady pool and adequate gym although not big but very comfortable. If only there was a proper playground for children it would be nice tho bcs most of the guest Like to bring the kids over. But I can say the best hotel food is here! Deff would comeback again

✅ I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, several times a year. The main reason I keep choosing it is that the alternatives in the area are even less satisfactory, while the location is convenient — close to both the office and a major shopping mall. That said, there are consistent issues. Not once during all my stays has everything gone without problems: sometimes the key card stops working, sometimes the internet is unbearably slow. While it seems the hotel has somewhat improved in handling these issues, the long-standing problem of noisy air conditioners remains unresolved, which is deeply disappointing. The rooms also suffer from very poor sound insulation — noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms constantly disrupts sleep. This could be at least partially improved if the front desk reminded guests upon check-in to keep quiet after 8 PM. Unfortunately, they don’t, so you’re likely to deal with inconsiderate neighbors yelling loudly even at 3 a.m. Breakfasts are decent, though always repetitive. Be cautious when using the pool — there was a case of infection. Another unpleasant issue is the strong foul odor coming from the bathroom drains in many rooms, as if the waste pipes were improperly connected — like household wastewater and sewage lines are routed together through a shared septic system. Overall, if you have hearing problems, this hotel might work for you. Otherwise, like me, you may find yourself returning only because there’s no better option, hoping for years that management will eventually fix these long-standing issues. Though in my case, after the past five years, that hope has already faded. . Пользуюсь данным отелем уже много лет, останавливаюсь здесь по несколько раз в год. Основная причина такого выбора в том, что другие отели в районе ещё хуже, а само расположение удобное — рядом находится офис и крупный торговый центр. Однако есть и нюансы. За все время моего пребывания здесь ни разу не обошлось без проблем: то карточка перестает открывать дверь, то интернет постоянно тормозит. И если с такими вопросами отель, кажется, уже более-менее справился, то с шумными кондиционерами проблема не решается уже много лет, что весьма прискорбно. Также в номерах очень плохая шумоизоляция — шум из коридора и соседних номеров постоянно мешает спать. Эту проблему можно было бы уменьшить, если бы персонал на стойке регистрации предупреждал постояльцев при заселении о необходимости соблюдать тишину после 20:00. Но, к сожалению, этого не делают, и вам лично придется столкнуться с тем, как некоторые соседи эгоистично шумят и громко орут даже в 3 часа ночи. Завтраки вполне приемлемы, хотя всегда однообразны. Будьте осторожны в бассейне — был случай заражения инфекцией. А также, забыл упомянуть, что во многих номерах ощущается сильно зловонный запах из сливных отверстий в ванных комнатах, словно трубы хозбытовой канализации подключены к септику вместе с трубами фекальной канализации. В целом, если у вас есть проблемы со слухом, то этот отель может стать неплохим вариантом. Либо же, как и у меня, у вас просто нет лучшего выбора, и приходится довольствоваться тем, что есть, годами надеясь на устранение перечисленных недостатков руководством отеля. Хотя за последние 5 лет лично у меня эта надежда уже угасла.
