The hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots. The hotel is close to the government and you can see the TV tower. It is well decorated and has a complete range of facilities, including swimming, fitness and buffet. Welcome fruit is provided in the room. The house is square and the mattress is very thick, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, the curtains have a good shading effect, the TV signal is slightly worse, the room is very clean, and the attitudes of all kinds of waiters are very good.

The hotel environment is super good. You can run around the lake, go to the gym, play ball and swim. The breakfast is well-matched. The hotel service is super considerate and enthusiastic, and you can fully appreciate the hotel's attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The most important thing is that it is very close to Zhengding County, about 5 kilometers by taxi, and you don't have to go into the city to get to the airport. You can get there in half an hour. It was my first time in Shijiazhuang, and the hotel gave me the best experience!

Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

It was my first time at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang. When checking in, I had to wait for a room. The duty manager Bliss, offered a compensation measure, which made the entire check-in process full of pleasant surprises.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

When we left the hotel, the front desk lady said goodbye to us warmly and welcomed us to come again next time. Great hotel. The location is alright, but kind of far from most of Shijiazhuang's attractions. The bed is soft and the water pressure is excellent so no problems there. The check-in took a LONG time. There were so many questions and forms to fill out, it was a real pain in the ****. I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long day of cycling so this was very aggravating.

The hotel has free parking and is located in the city center, which is very convenient to go anywhere.
