It's fair to say this is currently the newest and most luxurious international chain brand in the area, and we chose it based on that reputation. First, the good points: The location is excellent, right by South Lake, offering good air quality and pleasant views. It's also very convenient for getting around the city. The facilities are new, the layout is good, and it's quite comprehensive with amenities like a restaurant and gym. However, upon checking in, we were shocked to find the bedsheets and pillowcases quite dirty, with numerous stains. This wasn't an isolated incident; two of the four rooms our group booked had the exact same problem. When we contacted the front desk, they simply said they would change them immediately, offering no further explanation or apology. This was quite disappointing and definitely not the service standard we'd expect from an international brand.
