Opening the window reveals the magnificent scenery of the Rocky Mountains. The outdoor lawn courtyard is spacious and tidy, perfect for a stroll or relaxing. The lobby lounge area is also great for waiting or unwinding. 🐾 Perfectly Pet-Friendly: This was the most delightful part! The hotel provides a full range of thoughtful services for pets: an exclusive pet bed, food and water bowls, a customized welcome card, and small treats. The room was conveniently located on the first floor, making it easy for my furry friend to go in and out. The fixed pet fee of 25 CAD is very reasonable, with absolutely no hidden extra charges. My pet truly felt the warmth and kindness here. 🛏️ Room & Facilities: The twin room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Basic bathroom facilities were complete, and water pressure was stable. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and basic amenities. The wooden furniture gave it a cozy cabin feel, and the attention to detail showed how well it's maintained. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the towels were soft and clean, offering a practical yet comfortable style overall. ✨ Overall Impression: The service was warm and efficient, from check-in to pet services, everything was thoughtful. The value for money is outstanding among hotels in Jasper. Whether traveling with family or with a pet, it's a reliable and warm place to stay during a Rocky Mountain trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"The cabin is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and surprisingly, there was a friendly lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese. Taking a morning walk by the lake, watching the geese rise and fall, and breathing in the fresh air was simply wonderful. The staff were also very welcoming; they were always willing to drive you to the front desk. The hotel is quite large."

"The hotel rooms are arranged in two-story townhouses with a semi-basement, so the ground-floor rooms aren't damp and get plenty of sunlight. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding smells fresh. The hotel is located at the foot of a mountain, about 700-800 meters from the town center, which is very convenient."

"The counter staff was very kind, I didn't know English well, I could speak slowly. Be patient, the hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, but unfortunately it was too late to check in, the facilities were not used, and I will choose to stay again next time."

"Starbucks is right across from the lobby. There's a small path behind the restaurant so you don't have to follow Google Maps and go around in circles. The restaurant doesn't have an elevator, so staying on the second floor is a bit inconvenient. The location is far from the city center, so you need to drive to the city."

"We stayed here for one night. The room was bright and spacious. I liked the sliding shower door. Usually hotels have curtains that get wet and sometimes water leaks outside. The bathroom was small but clean with good lighting. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. The room window was nice and big. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity. The pool place had nice big windows with a great view. I loved the shower/restroom (with a bench) by the pool which made it convenient to shower and change before heading back to the room. They also provided pool towels. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and maligne canyon (which was closed due to the wild fire). Breakfast wasn’t included. I would recommend staying here. "

"Were upgraded to a room with kitchenette.  Room is newly renovated & spacious.  Due to ongoing works, the pool, restaurant, gym & laundry is not available yet. Takes 10-15 mins to walk downtown, pretty decent food there considering it is a small town .  One downside of this hotel are the bedaheets, they are so rough, uncomfortable to sleep in them ."

"It is 2km away from the town of Jasper, like a resort. If you choose a standard room, like a guest house. Choosing a cabin is really great. The hut has a hob to cook for yourself, with underfloor heating and a fireplace. But driving in after dark is very dangerous. There is no trace of light + roadside stone. It is very dangerous for self-driving, and my car is scratched."

"The room is a bit small and the water is salty. If you live on the second floor, you have to carry your suitcase upstairs. The view is good and quiet. There is free boating for one hour every day. There is a free coffee bar. The restaurant is small and you must make a reservation. Otherwise, you can drive to the town."
