The hotel has self-check-in. Perhaps it was my husband's birthday, so we were upgraded to a suite for three nights. It was a pleasant surprise, and I'm grateful for the arrangement. The place was very clean and comfortable. There's an underground shopping mall and a delicious noodle shop downstairs. Unfortunately, the staff weren't very friendly or helpful, often giving us a stern look.

The hotel is in a great location. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower from the room window. It is very convenient to travel. Below is the underground passage of Odori Station. There is a popular bakery next to the hotel with many delicious bread options. Check in. We arrived very late on the day, and the hotel staff prepared it for us in advance the day before, so it was very convenient to check in. You can get toiletries on the second floor of the hotel, and you can also ask the hotel staff for bottled water. The room is cleaned very clean every day. The bed feels like tatami, and children don’t have to worry about rolling off the bed when they sleep. The decoration in the room is all wooden, without any carpet. I like it very much, because children are allergic to carpets, which is why I chose this hotel. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathing area is very large and comfortable. I will stay again next time I come to Sapporo!
