The hotel is right above the subway exit 1, making it really convenient to access. It is walking distance to nearby attractions like Odori Park, clock tower, Nijo market, Susukino, etc. There is also a bus stop to the airport right at the hotel’s doorstep :)

It is a superbly located hotel located just beside the Odari Park and other attractions.
Hotel interior design is very modern and super clean.
Staffs are superb friendly and helpful.
Room size is good enough versus the price I paid.
Mattress softness and clean sheets are great.
Near to the shopping streets and with many great restaurants nearby. Beside the hotel, it has an Italian food for the day. Awesome taste and serve by a friendly Italian chap.
Lastly, this is also a pick up and drop off hotel from and to New Chitose Airport. Super super convenient.

The hotel is one of the stops of the Airport Limousine out of New Chitose -- so "door-to-door" easy access. There is a subway stop across the street, so is Odori Park. The shopping area is about 10-15 minutes on foot. Loved the public bath - similar to other Hotel Trinity Resol hotels I stayed in. The team at Reception were generally helpful (allowed me to check-in a little earlier than the 3pm; provided easy to follow directions) - except for an older stern man who is probably better in the backroom. Hotel is clean, quiet. Room cleaning arrangements are practical (fresh towels, water, pajamas daily) - entry into room was once in a 4 night stay. Wifi was strong and reliable. No English channels on the TV though. But aircon (including instructions) worked well. Great stay for me here.

Location was great for Snow Festival and exploring. Our room had water damage and stains that were unsightly. It made me feel a little uncomfortable because it look like black mold. I have slight respiratory issues so that is a problem. Other than that the hotel staff was nice, restaurant was ok. Breakfast options were limited and space to seat also limited.

The hotel did not provide standard toiletries, offering only a comb and a brush, with no shampoo, face masks, or lotion available; additionally, the toilet floor was not cleaned properly, which led to a persistent urine odor throughout the bathroom, while the hot spring water, though clean, was uncomfortably hot, causing many guests to cut their soak short as they could not enjoy the experience for longer periods.
