Hotel not very big. Room size quite ok. Overall value for money.

One night stay in this hotel, front desk team didn't speak much english and that wasn't cool, buddy could'nt explain where to park my car. The info sheet provided was not in any other language but Japanese, is not easy to believe but yes. Beside that, the hotel was ok, comfortable and great location, not really spacious and half of my things were on the floor. The worst was that when I went to sleep, I found a black stain in the sheets, it was as big as a 5 JPY coin which was not great, it was late night so I didn't do anything about it, I was tired. TV turned on itself at 7am for some reason and it woke me up. Not the best place to sleep, yet not the worse.

The location is great, right in the city and surrounded by restaurants. The facilities in the room could be improved, such as removing the table for sitting, as it takes up space and makes it difficult to open the luggage, making the room feel cramped. I do like that there’s a bathtub, though. The hotel has two branches 550 meters apart. I had 4 pieces of luggage, and I took a taxi expecting to arrive at the hotel, but instead, I had to walk 550 meters with all my bags to the other branch

Have indoor parking but parking cost 1,500 Yen each day. Service was ok. Didn't try the facilities much. No public bath. Breakfast was normal. Convenience store next door. Within town, many things are within walking distance.

Clean hotel but location quiet far from the subway if you have bug suitcases

Overall good, standard room with bathtub and coffee table. However I feel that the hotel staff is not so friendly to friends from overseas, not sure is it the language or they are not full time staff there.

Nice hotel but they need to provide at least 2 pillows per bed and replace their hair shampoo with a better brand.
