Everything was ok, expected for the amount paid, but there could be some improvements such as, change of the curtain in the bathroom, it was smelly and on the dirty baseboard, shelf next to the bed, lights and a wall towel dryer, since there is no exhaust in the bathroom and no room service.

Wasn’t able to obtain my key for the room and after a prolonged amount of time trying to reach the hotel staff my room had a broken bed and a window that wouldn’t shut in the middle of winter.

Not a great experience. We arrived after the check-in hour (around 15:00 and the check- in hour is 14:00) and we found the door of our room open, not cleaned yet, with stuff from past guests everywhere. We had to wait around 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room. The heating was very weak, several plugs didn’t work, the water heater on the kitchen didn’t work as well. The fixed furniture of the bathroom was broken and damaged. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest.

It was good location easy to found.but in bathroom it’s smell not good.

Self check in was ok Parking was bad, don’t put on your advertisement that you have parking because you don’t have it. Price not worth it

Many things are broken in the room, especially the lights. We had no light for a week, only from the toilet and bed. We tried calling the hotel number several times but no one answered. The cleaning staff can't do anything either, they just pass on our complaint every day. Unfortunately nothing happened. So bad!

Excellent location, rooms perhaps a little narrow. I would like to point out a broken table.

The location was excellent but they didn't give us the room in the photos. The kitchen was literally in front of the bed and you could barely get through because the space was tiny.

Go to this hotel apartment in Zurich, Switzerland: the room is very clean; the facilities are also complete; there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby; the transportation is very convenient, making it an ideal place to live on vacation. Disadvantages: Some parts of the bed board are broken (turned against the bed); the power socket is Swiss only. It is recommended to prepare a European universal conversion socket.
