The rooms are spacious for a business hotel and the bathtub is adequate. The seagull is still kept very clean. It is a very good value for money place.

I've stayed here a few times and will stay here again. The room was clean and it was a twin room, but it was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The sink was spacious, which is convenient for a woman, and I was able to get ready without rushing. The entrance door to the room was wide, so I think it was easy to get in and out with luggage. The coffee was free to drink in the lobby, so the service was good. There was also parking adjacent, which was very convenient. I would like to stay here again.

The room I stayed in was a standard twin. There were eight charging points, both outlet and USB. There were four between the twin beds (two outlets, two USBs) where you could charge while lying down, and the rest were on the TV stand, desk, etc. It was perfect for me, who brought a lot of electronic devices, including my smartphone, mobile charger, game console, iPad, etc. Basic amenities were provided. There was a Seico Mart nearby, so it was helpful that the hotel had a microwave when I bought pasta there. (It seemed to be on a floor somewhere, not in each room.) It was also helpful that the bathroom and toilet were separate, rather than in a unit bath. The hair dryer may not be as reliable as one you would use at home, but I think it was within the range of what you could use without any stress. However, if you look closely, you may be a little concerned about hygiene. In the room I stayed in, there was a small white stain on the cup and a little dust on the part of the air purifier that came out. The whole room was pretty dry, so I opened the window periodically to ventilate. When I stayed there, there was a little snow outside and it was below 0℃, but the room temperature was warm, so I was able to turn off the heating and ventilate without any problems. The above was within my reasonable range, considering the price. The staff was very kind, so I think they will replace the cups etc. immediately. (I didn't ask because I didn't use them.) It's a bit of a walk from the station. The roads around Susukino seemed to be worn out and bumpy, probably due to snow removal, so if you don't usually walk there, it may be a bit tiring.

The room is large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is delicious. Free coffee is available at designated times. It is convenient to walk to the subway station for more than ten minutes. The English level of the front desk staff needs to be improved.
