Good location ,near train station convineince to travel by train.

Not very far from Sapporo station. Hotel exterior under renovation. The room is quite small. Amenities like facial cleanser, tea, coffee can be taken at Level 2 near the check in counter.

The location is excellent! It is about 5-10 mins from Sapporo Station. Easily connect to the underground passageway to Odori and Susukino. Most of the main sites are within walking distance. There is a convenience store right next door. They provided individually packed skincare which is a bonus, on top of other amenities. You could easily get coffee and tea for your own consumption. From 3pm to 12am, they provide free coffee at the tea room. The room is a good size with a huge comfortable bed and pillows. Love that they provided pajamas and housekeeping daily. There are washing machines and dryers for guests, which is very convenient. I didn't interact much with the staff but I enjoyed my stay.

I arrived late afternoon and the staff is so nice. She tried speaking in English well. And completely inform important rules to stay here. (A hostel using shared bathroom). However, the security is too much complicated and not easy for some person. But this wasn't hard for me. Thankfully you could consider leave your baggages without notify to somebody, because the staff are not available in the morning until late afternoon.

Breakfast is healthy and tastes normal! (Very touching) The room decoration is warm and youthful, which is why I chose it. I booked early bird 500+💰 on Sunday; the location is in the city and there is a good price to book. No problem.

I was very dissatisfied when storing my luggage before check-in! Because a female staff member had a bad attitude throughout the whole process, I just wanted to simply store my luggage and come back after the check-in time. She didn't understand and had no intention of communicating. There was an umbrella in the luggage, but she didn't put it away and tied it up, causing it to fall to the ground and be kicked away by a later guest. Fortunately, I looked back while waiting for the elevator, otherwise the umbrella would have been lost. I didn't argue with her when I went out and put the umbrella away myself. Fortunately, after checking in, the other staff I met were all very nice and possessed the basic qualities of a service practitioner. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Sapporo Station. If you have good legs, you can also walk through the underground passage to Odori Park, Susukino, Tanukikoji, etc. It is also closer to the long-distance bus station, which I am very satisfied and feel lucky for. The room is not big. My suitcase is quite big but fortunately it has a single-sided flap (double-sided ones might be more difficult to open). However, there is nothing to complain about if I just want to take a rest. The service lobby is on the second floor, and there are toiletries and skin care products for you to use, which is very convenient.

Very satisfied, very close to JR, convenient transportation, clean and sanitary, attentive front desk service, good attitude. There is a 7-11 next to it, and all the Hokkaido limited editions are available.

The location is convenient. It is only a few minutes walk to the underground shopping mall. The passage can go directly to Sapporo Station. This is especially helpful when the weather is bad. In addition, the building seems to have been renovated and is very new and clean.

Conveniently located not far from the train station, close to tourist attractions such as the city hall, the clock tower, lots of food, and even further down the underground walkway, the hotel is right next to 7-Eleven^^ The room is spacious 👍👍👍 But the actual TV has been greatly improved, very small 😱😱😱😱

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It was very clean. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the heat could not be dissipated. Other facilities and standard equipment were sufficient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the main shopping area and close to the underground street exit. The rooms are in a minimalist style like other R&B hotels.
