The cream balls are delicious and worth the wait. The water in some rooms is too hot and difficult to adjust.

The rooms in Brazil are relatively old, small, expensive, and the service is slow.

The hotel's location is a highlight, very close to Morumbi Shopping Mall and several companies and event venues. The facilities are OK, no surprises.

Great value for money, the hotel is well located and clean. The only negative point of my stay was the price charged for breakfast, as the reservation stated a price 50% lower than what I was charged.

The hotel has a very good location, close to several shopping malls, restaurants and shops in general. Like every Íbis I've ever stayed at, the structure is basic, without much comfort or luxury. As for cleaning, it left something to be desired: I went into the bathroom and the cleaning had been done, but there were hairs inside the sink and on the floor. No plastic bags are placed in the bathroom basket, everything is thrown straight into the basket.

- The location is excellent, close to shopping malls and the Morumbi train station. - The towels are very bad (old and with a rough texture), in addition to not providing face towels. - Breakfast stated here is not correct. The website states the value of 27 reais, but on site the price of the coffee is 40 reais.

The room was ok and so was the breakfast. It was only on the last day that I discovered that $400 was missing from my bag, and there was no evidence. I was helpless.
