Clean and comfortable. Room might be a little cramp but it's well furnished and thoughtful in it's design. WiFi is good. All staff are friendly and well trained. The lobby team is helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is good but selection is limited and exactly the same daily. Do take note this hotel does not provide toothbrushes (if it matters to you).

I basically live in this one. It's relatively new in Sao Paulo, but it's often out of stock.

Overall it's good, but the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, so it's not very convenient to take Uber. The restaurant in the hotel is more European and American, and the food is not very familiar to me. The hygiene is OK, but the Wi-Fi and purified water experience are slightly poor

Compared with other Radisson, it is average all day long
