Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sanya Hotel in Hainan and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers a stunning beachfront location, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both local and international tastes. I especially appreciated the well-maintained pools and the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens. Overall, the Sheraton Sanya Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway in Hainan, and I would gladly stay there again.

We have been at different hotels in Sanya during the last years but since the time we discovered Marriot Sanya Yalong Bay we were so delighted and since that time we always come back. This time during national holidays it was not the exception on how a fabulous time we have spent during our 4 days stay. All the hotel maintenance is great, we love to spend the day between ocean and pool area and for that Fish bar restaurant is a spot we like a lot, around 6 PM q couple of great foreign singers play some amazing covers. Marriot Yalong Bay never disappoints us!! Special thanks to Leo for being such a great host and to make our stay even much better, thanks Leo for your dedication and so kindness and help during our stay. We choose this hotel for 3 years already. Advantages: Amazing sea views, beautiful area, delicious breakfast, very pleasant beach area with a lot of shade. Room key card as a waterproof bracelet is a big plus, worry free. Abundance of activities for kids. Fire show was amazing, my son went three times. The photoshooting is included in your stay! You can get 5 pictures for free or pay 599 to get all the pictures (over 100), the shooting process was quick and fun, the pictures are very beautiful! Points to improve: Hotel has many pools but only 2 towel stands, it takes you much time to find the towels and walk to them. More towel stands would be great. Many of the activities are parent-child ones. As a parent I prefer to have some rest time and watch my child play rather than play with him. If the hotel could make a division for different age groups, toddlers could have their easy games with parents, while kids over 5 years old could play alone and have more challenging games. The foam party needs a separate registration and payment. That’s a bit troublesome. Other hotels have it daily for free. The zoo gives you a very depressive feeling - for example, the 5 little deer are kept in a tiny dirty smelly place, they look so sad, your heart is breaking… please close this “attraction”, many animals are suffering there.

These are the best villas I have found in Sanya! Absolutely stunning. The design and amenities here are excellent. The villas and surrounds are so beautiful and everything is very convenient. They also have shuttle buses come to collect you whenever you ring and they are very swift. The staff were all very lovely and some spoke English. The was a slight issue at check in as our villa wasn’t ready so after 2 hours and some free drinks for the inconvenience, we were upgraded. After that, everything was perfect, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The design of the villas is pure luxury and are very much worth the price. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Pullman Hotel is our favorite place on Yalong Bei in Sanya. Very cozy and comfortable villas on a large territory. From the beginning of check-in to the end of our vacation the best assistant is a hotel employee named Jeffery. He is always in touch with you and solves your questions very quickly. The attention of this man speaks of his professional training and desire to provide tourists with a comfortable vacation.  The hotel has the most inexpensive bbq buffet  However, there is a wish for the hotel owners to install pool heating equipment for the winter period. Alternative energy sources will help in this easily

The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

The biggest advantage is the location, very close to Yalong Bay, you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The swimming pool is for children, which is also an advantage. There are many shops, fast food, local restaurants, beer stalls, street foods corners. There are also small children's playgrounds. The disadvantage is that the room we got could hear the sound of local people singing karaoke every night. Also, the hotel staff was annoying us the night before we left, asking if we wanted to buy souvenirs.
