The atmosphere is fantastic - vibrant yet relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The room was super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Moli Xiao Zhang at the reception desk. She was so welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent stay, we were so exited about it, strongly recommend this hotel due to design, amenities, breakfast and territory😄 the beach really near (apr.5 min) !!!

It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is quiet and leisurely. The rooms are decorated with exquisite decoration, low-key but luxurious, and with carefully designed and maintained gardens, so that you can experience the exotic customs of Spain and the natural oxygen bar without leaving the country. The hotel is adjacent to the Coconut Dream Corridor in Sanya Bay, and is only a ten-minute drive from Phoenix Airport and the railway station. It is very convenient to the Tianya Haijiao and Nanshan Temple. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The hotel courtyard is right outside the beach, and it is on the first line of the sea. In my opinion, this is a hotel for ascetic conquistadors who go from one job to another 😀 Although it will be difficult to lower his horse into the dark and dirty "cinema hall" 😂 And the hotel is very poorly cleaned - the floors and tables are simply sticky with dirt, the bathtub on the terrace looks like it's in bird droppings. Everything breaks in your hands - a chair, a door handle, a chaise lounge. The kitchen is just for beauty - the microwave does not turn on. For breakfast they give good coffee and yesterday's salad. But it is very clean, green and incredibly beautiful near the pools and around. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I recommend it to all tired conquistadors!

Very nice stylish hotel with big territory, interesting details, really quiet and cozy. Breakfast includes both western and Chinese cuisine, the pool in clean and big, no annoying noise from outside. The place was very cozy, but there was no accuracy in booking the cinema, as the employee said at seven o'clock you can come and when we arrived it was closed . They also have gifts for tea time and a fruit bowl for the tenants every day, the place is very quiet and gives comfort and tranquility

Absolutely perfect deal for money paid. A bit remote area but in a couple of meters there are a lot of local restaurants and small shops. Perfect architecture, big rooms. Excellent staff. The only thing I do not recommend is a breakfast. For the rest it was a wonderful experience.

We had an excellent stay at Best Western Premier International Resort Hotel Sanya. We would like to give special thanks to the reception team, and in particular to Xiaokui, who was always very kind, attentive, and extremely professional, making our experience even better. Overall, the hotel is fantastic. We truly appreciated the spaciousness of the room we chose – at 186 m², it was perfect for travelling with our three children, as space was essential for us and here we had more than enough. It’s true that the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and there is still room for improvement in certain areas, but the facilities and the pool are excellent. With the hot weather, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable at all times. The pool, with pleasantly warm water, was delightful (although this is a matter of personal preference – we loved it). The access to the beach from the rear of the property is also excellent. We enjoyed very good meals at the restaurant and the breakfast was also very nice. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. In summary: we are very happy with our experience and will definitely return.

Location was the one thing that let the hotel down. It’s so far away from most major attractions. On the plus side Didi is much cheaper here than in places like Shanghai or Nanjing so it’s not too bad to get a taxi everywhere but you may be sitting in a taxi for 1 hour or more to some places. Apart from that everything was good. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are massive and beautiful as is the hotel. The highlight is the pool which is massive and beautiful and even during holidays is not crowded. We went to spend a day at the Atlantis hotel and for me the pool in the Best Western is more beautiful and better than those operated at even the most luxurious hotels in Sanya. The beach is good but not as good as places like yalong bay and it has very little to do on it. No shops, bars or water sports on this section. Also the hotel does lack some things. A bar or even a cafe that is open all day would be good as you have to leave the hotel for everything. It looks like they had these in the past but are no longer operated.
