The hotel is great, and the butler service is excellent. The room is very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I visit Sanya.

Hotel is a great one to stay in with family. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pools. We are looking forward to coming again☺️

Although we just booked a 1-day stay on our last day at Sanya, Holiday Inn Resort is definitely the best hotel during our Sanya trip. We regret already that we should have spent more days at this hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and family-friendly cosy service. Here, you can find all you need for the lovely vacation. My daughters love so much spending time here. Many thanks also to the front desk clerk WangShu( sorry, I forgot his English name) for the excellent customer service during our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Get upgraded to a two bedrooms suite for our family of six. The suite is very spacious and clean, most importantly comfortable for all of us. Our butler Link took good care of us during the stay, anything we need is just a text away and he even helped us to order food delivery 😊 our children enjoy the kids play area so much. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone especially those with young children 👍

Absolutely the best! Came with a 5 year old and we had so much fun. Great staff, clean hotel and SO MANY ACTIVITIES. Don’t wait, book this place!

Near to the beach, comfortable, very clean, recommend this hotel to travelers

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. The food selection was also very good. I stayed with my two daughters, and we really appreciated the many child-friendly services provided. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 6th anniversary, and we received a lovely gift, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks to staff member Xiaodongfang, who provided exceptional service. She was always quick to respond and helped us with great care and kindness for every question we had. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel amenities and services were excellent. We are specially appreciative to Wesley who are very responsive and helpful when we were in a need. In addition, buffet breakfast was delicious and offers a wide variety of options suitable for European and Asian. The beach was clean and beautiful. After the children played around the beach, they enjoyed nice and clean pools. They provide free floats and sand toys to use, which made so much ease. Bigger kids liked a lot go kart and VR experience. They had so much fun time there.  I think if their cleanliness would improve, the hotel is the best for family vacation. for example toilets are not that clean enough and there were mold edge of the shower room. after cleaning, the room smells so bad like a toilet. it seems that they have so many rooms, so housekeepers are struggling to get it clean. Maybe they should hire more staffs to clean and need to improve their supervising.  Overall we had spent great time there with my families and friends.

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

The 3 bedroom suite is awesome for my family with kids. Spacious and comfortable with ocean view. Kids centric with lots of activities catered for them. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Very generous with their activities and toiletries etc. Decor is modern and cosy. Free snacks and drinks at lobby. Lots of activities to participate. Short walk to the beach, though we can't swim there. Wesley,our butler is amazing. He attends to our requests very promptly. The Chinese restaurant serves very yummy food too. Buffet breakfast was good too,just too crowded. But the spread is very good.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel for a family.

This is mass tourist hotel, with plenty of people, no air conditioning in the corridors from the elevator to the room. Service is very bad. Using QR code we ordered room service, it was dramatic experience: - we used QR code provided in the room, correct room number was input in the order and paid via WeChat - no one delivered the order in provided time (20mins) - unclear why nobody contacted us there is delay or updated time in WeChat app - we tried to call Room service, person only notified us no English is spoken - we went to reception, and after some time, they found the order and confirmed the food will come to the room - again 10-15mins of waiting, food that arrived was already not warm, we got only 2 of 3 ordered dishes, one (which was paid already) was lost by room service staff Seems such situations are usual in this hotel, as nobody of the hotel staff realy seemed to care about hotel guests. Although it should be noted comparing the hotel standard to the room price it is still competitive.

Across the street from the beach, close taxi ride from the airport, a bit of a ride to town. Super family oriented. Lots for the kids, not so much for adults. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Mostly Chinese guests, some Russian but no one else from North America while we were here. Great view of the ocean from the 11th floor. Overall would recommend and return again.
