My third stay with them, value for money, clean environment but the winner is definitely the host - Mr Zhang. It’s basically an Apartment unit with 2 or 3 rooms. Location is super convenient in Dadonghai - you got your beach, restaurants, snacks etc… convenient is what it is. The sea view is spell binding….

The advertising photos are different from what you got when you check-in. The suite is not clean, the TV doesn't work for English channels.

Location is good , convenience and easy access to Sanya attractions.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 20th floor. What a beautiful apartment! It had everything you need, it was clean and comfortable- beautiful views of the beach as well as the city. Unfortunately due to covid I wasn’t able to stay there longer - but the owner was so helpful and was happy to refund the nights I had to cancel. I will definitely stay here again!

I'll start with Jason's excellent service. A super helpful person who helped us since booking. We had transfer from the airport to the apartment for an affordable fee. The apartment is 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is clean, airy, air conditioned, everything working perfectly and the beds very comfortable. Towels and sheets very clean. I will definitely come back so you can enjoy more days there.

Everything is great, we stayed with two children, the hotel is normal for the money, all the amenities are there, though when there are big waves you can't swim in the sea, they kick you out, we went swimming in another bay, only 5-10 yuan, everything is located nearby, so you can go by taxi. For those who are flying, advice, put Alipay, they use it everywhere, it will greatly simplify your stay there, it has a taxi that will cost 35 yuan from the airport. The overall experience is very comfortable and good, right by the sea. The kids are very happy. I was surprised that the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware. I went to the wholesale market to buy seafood for cooking. A bottle of soy sauce, a can of garlic sauce and a piece of ginger are enough! Foodies change the world, hahaha. I had a lot of fun. I will come again next time if I have the chance~

It was a fantastic vacation. I really liked the apartment. It's much better than staying in a hotel. There were five of us, three adults and two children. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: bed linen, dishes, a microwave, a washing machine, laundry gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (all in large quantities), two umbrellas, disposable slippers, flip-flops, beach and body towels, a hair dryer. There is a dryer on the balcony. There is no reception at the hotel. We wrote to the administrator Mikhail in advance by telegram, who met us and took us to the room. Upon request, he provided an additional set of bed linen. It is very convenient that the apartment has a water cooler (you can pour both cold and boiling water). When the water in the cooler ran out, they replaced the empty bottle with a full one. On the first day we had no hot water in the tap, we called Mikhail, he solved this problem (it turns out that they have hot water on gas heating, and if the lights go out, then the hot water supply stops). So, if there is no hot water, you need to tell him. Very good location, there are many cafes, shops, massage parlors nearby, the sea is not far. Since we were flying out at night, we asked to extend the arrival date at the hotel, we were moved to another room for which we paid an extra 150 yuan. Many thanks to Mikhail. We also liked the pool. There is an additional small pool for children, with small slides. The view of the pool was very impressive. We lived on the 12th floor. The vacation was a success. I fell in love with Hainan from the first time. I really want to come back here again, and certainly to the Yikehai Apartment Hotel. I also liked the beach, the only downside is that you can only swim in the sea until 7 pm, then the lifeguards kick everyone out of the water and you won’t be able to swim until the next morning), I think the swimming pens are a big plus if you’re on holiday with small children, safety is guaranteed, the lifeguards are watching with all their eyes.

We stayed at Yikehai Apartment Hotel and were absolutely delighted! From the moment we arrived, everything was organized perfectly. We were met by a hotel representative named Mikhail — an incredibly attentive, friendly person. He was always in touch and helped with everything: from accommodation to everyday issues. Special thanks for that! Our room was on the 13th floor — a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a huge balcony with a stunning view of the pool and green area. The kitchen had an oven, a stove, all the utensils, and a washing machine, which is especially convenient when you are on holiday with your family. We cooked our own food and felt at home. The beach is nearby — 5-10 minutes on foot, shops, cafes, and shopping centers are all around. Everything is at hand. We really liked the pool — clean, with a children's area and sun loungers, it's nice to spend time in the heat. There is even a small fitness room, a tennis and yoga area — ideal for those who like active recreation. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, everything is as in the photo. Linen, towels - in excellent condition. Cleaning is done on request, and the staff is very polite. Wi-Fi worked reliably. It is especially pleasing that all this is at a very reasonable price. The hotel exceeds expectations and is ideal for families with children or for a long holiday. We recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely come back again! 🌴

The apartment has a great sea view, is located next to the Intime Hotel on one side, and on the territory of the Shanghai Huating Hotel on the other side. There is a swimming pool with children's slides on the territory, the children were delighted. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, at a slow pace with children - 10. The room is cleaned every 3 days, but the cleanliness was marred by small red ants running around the kitchen and on the table in the living room, Mikhail quickly brought some kind of remedy for them, the ants became fewer, but they still ran from somewhere for two weeks that we lived there. Another drawback, from my side, were the beds, or rather their mattresses. On the one hand, it is clear that initially there is a hard mattress, since the Chinese sleep on a hard one, but on top of it lies a soft one, apparently especially for Russians, but sleeping on it turned out to be uncomfortable. Although it is not high, only 5-7 centimeters, but my back hurt after sleeping on it, apparently it was necessary to sleep on a hard one. I still had a feeling of dampness in the bed, I don't know what it's connected with, either the bed linen or the fact that the air conditioners don't dry the air enough, although the only window was open only in the bathroom to keep it warm, and the doors to the bathroom were closed so that the humidity and heat from the bathroom wouldn't penetrate into the apartment itself. I compare it with other apartments where I lived before, and there was no such feeling there, although the windows were also open in the bathrooms, and the windows in the kitchen were also open, which in theory should have given more humidity, but no, apparently the air conditioners dried it better. Another drawback was the slow WiFi. Cartoons for children didn't want to load normally. The advantage is that the Xiaomi TV had the Zona application installed and it was possible to watch Russian cartoons for children, and the problem with slow Internet was solved by connecting the Internet from the phone, fortunately, an esim was bought from tripcom with the maximum amount of traffic for a month. Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Excellent view of the sea. 3. Comfortable furniture. 4. Sofas and a table on the balcony. 5. Drinking water in the cooler. 6. Good room renovation.
