Adequate budget friendly
Don't quite understand why the previous reviews were removed for this property. This basic property is budget friendly. The staff are friendly although one does feel one is part of an episode of Faulty Towers at times.
Room was well cleaned & maintained.

Hotel semplice ma molto carino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione: ottima, la spiaggia di Perissa si raggiunge a piedi. Camere: carine, funzionali, molto pulite e dotate di tutto: frigo, aria condizionata, tv, fornellino per le zanzare, tavolino con sedie fuori dalla stanza con supporto per stendere le asciugamano umide al rientro dal mare. Bagno semplice, ma pulito. Personale: la proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha offerto delle bottigliette di aranciata all’arrivo ed è stata a disposizione per tutte le esigenze. Pulizia della camera giornaliera. Wi-Fi: perfettamente funzionante Parcheggio: spiazzo proprio accanto alla struttura per parcheggiare. Lo consiglio!

My husband and I stayed here early-mid July and overall it was a very good stay. The location is ace: only a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade, and very, very quiet. Only a 2-minute walk from the slightly livelier main road with a few bars and restaurants and the bus stop into Fira (bus is cash only, 2.5 euros pp). The manager is amazing, very very kind and accommodating. Beach towels are provided. The only caveats are the Wifi is far from great: frustratingly slow at times and especially for videos. The AC is powerful and works well, but at times emits a slight urine smell which is weird. We slept well every night, as there is decent enough cover for the windows. Regardless I would bring an eye mask too. The shower is small, but functional. Water pressure isn’t great good enough. The only true negative on staying here is the taxi called in our behalf for the return visit to the airport said he had car issues and at some point on the highway, said we should hop out and walk as the airport was only “5 minute away”!! In 90 degree heat in the sun with our luggage 🧳! Thankfully my husband looked at GPS and it was actually a 25 minute walk (5-minute by car), so he refused to get out. And sure enough we were dropped off at the airport using back roads. Just ridiculous.

I had such a lovely time staying here! The woman at reception so was kind and helpful! My first time in Santorini and the ***** Hotel made me fall in love with the island - I will definitely be back:)

Brilliant hotel as a base. Friendly staff and owner. Small family run hotel. We had a balcony and the owners provided several bottles of water throughout our two week stay. Rooms cleaned every day. Always spotless. Will stay there again when we visit Santorini. Would recommend 100%.

The hotel is very well positioned and has free parking. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but ours came with a balcony and ac and the patio area is really nice. The host is super friendly although he doesn't speak lots of English. definitely recommended!!

Limpieza absoluta y atención excelente . Es un hotel vetusto pero totalmente correcto. Tiene nevera y aire acondicionado. Totalmente recomendable . El señor que lo regenta es un encanto (casi no habla inglés). Nos colmo de atenciones e incluso el último día nos dejó ducharnos antes de salir nuestro vuelo nocturno. Genial. Guardaré siempre un recuerdo entrañable de cómo nos trató.

Stanze arredate in maniera semplice con un bel terrazzino, pulitissime e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Situato al centro di Perissa ma in posizione tranquilla e con parcheggio privato. La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario sono da lode
