前台的服務差到極致，要死不活的。跟前欠她錢一樣，説話做事兒非常沒有耐心，早餐也非常一般，非常糟糕的一次入住經歷。攜程上現在掛的酒店一個比一個差，是完全不審核嗎？是個酒店就放到平台上。

風景很好
服務很好
最後一天因為是很早很早的飛機
酒店人員很貼心地幫我們準備了可以外帶的早餐
雖然出入酒店都要走很長的樓梯，是有點累的
但是風景真的很優美
行李都是工作人員幫忙運送的
房務姐姐每天都會給我們希臘的國民巧克力
很好吃～ 房間內的洗漱用品都是希臘本土名牌。

This small hotel offers a perfect balance of great location, unique cave house suites, professional and friendly staff, and a crystal clear, beautiful pool (that felt private half of the time!). There are some steep steps to get to the hotel, but once there a feeling of relaxation overtook us, the views of the caldera absolutely stunning. Met with a welcome drink, and after having been shown the room and the hotel's amenities, we unwound from all the year's fatigue at our room's lovely terrace. The next morning we were served an amazingly rich breakfast, where we really felt and tasted the Greek hospitality. It was a great vacation, we will try to come back one day!

If you are looking for a quaint quiet place Pezoules’s is the best. It is our 10th visit and as always we can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating and never miss anything. The view is of the Caldera mesmerizing. Just book it!

Spacious cave room with stunning view of the Caldera from our balcony! The staff at Pezoules are amazing, helpful and professional offering great suggestions and advice. The pool is awesome to relax in, cool off and soak up the view which you can never get enough of. The plentiful breakfast is delivered to your room to enjoy on your balcony every morning. A special mention to the porter who manages to swiftly carry your bags up & down the stairs. Great service!
