We loved our stay at Pezoules. Beautiful room, stunning view, lovely breakfast, great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient (we particularly mention Nikos who brought us breakfast every morning but all the staff - at reception, cleaners etc - were excellent).

Third time I visited Pezoules of Oia over the past three years. Each time I am more impressed with the hospitality of the owners Mimi's and Mirella. They get out of their way to please. Spotless spacious rooms, breakfast superb and plentiful prepared by Mirella. Now the view from all the rooms, what can one say to describe the Caldera of Santorini. You have to see in order to appreciate. Although Pezoules is situated in the centre of Oia, there is no noise whatsoever since it is situated below the main road. Unique experience. Thank you Mimi and Mirella. Will definitely go back. Andreas Michaelides.

Loved every big of this stay. The location is such it’s close to all of Oia. Cleanest room and friendliest staff. Insane views from the room and the pool is amazing. Breakfast was out of the world. If I ever come to Santorini I will stay here in a heat beat. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I stayed at this charming boutique hotel for 4 nights. The property is stunning, the service was impeccable and the location couldn't be better situated for the Caldera view overlooking the volcano and in the hear of Oia's shopping and restaurant corridor, yet far enough away where we didn't hear any noise. The staff arranged all of our activities (e.g., wine tour, catamaran tour, beach club). All we needed to do was show up. The owners live on the property during the tourist season, which is an added bonus, as they make sure the guests are well taken care of. We wish we could have stayed longer!

atendido por su dueño Dimitri , vistas increibles a la Caldera , atencion excelente habitaciones cueva , te sirven el desayuno en la terraza de tu habitacion ( todas con una vista espectacular) super bien ubicado en el centro de Oia a pasos del Catillo de Oia para ver el atardecer y de distintos restos y cafes

Great hotel with fantastic views! Very nice breakfast, convenient location. The staff and service were excellent. Special thanks to Argyro, Stela, and Niko. Also to the gentleman who carried our bags up and down the stairs-not an easy job but he did it in an efficient and friendly manner. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Absolutely perfect! Located in the heart of Oia, great restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the water. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip and delivered to your front door! The infinity pool was relaxing and just steps from the rooms. Small (7 rooms) and boutique feel. We would highly recommend for couples and would stay there again for sure!

This is a fabulous small, family owned and operated hotel in Oia in Santorini. It is located right in the heart of Oia, albeit with a "few" steep steps. The room (#2) was very charming with a good bed and sitting area. The view from the room and the outdoor patio was spectacular! The staff was very attentive, including the office staff which was very helpful in making reservations and suggestions. We would definitely stay there again. Be aware that almost all hotels in Oia require walking down many steps since they are built on a cliff.
