Very nice Cosy cave house with fantastic views . Fantastic sunset views , location , restaurants all within easy reach . Sleep up to 5 , suitable for families with kids.

Can’t get more authentic than this…cave house with all of the modern amenities. Private plunge pool. Views are amazing! Only issue was that there is a viewpoint a couple of stories above that people take pictures from and they can *somewhat* see you depending on where you are outside the property…but this is the nature of Santorini and its terraces… Close to everything. Great hospitality. Breakfast delivered each morning.

Oh Wow, wow wow just book it if you get the chance. The best way to really experience modern Oia from your own traditional BUT modern and well equipped Greek cave house. STUNNING views across the bay, (this is just behind the famous 3 domes) so relax by the pool with a cold drink and take in the views. It’s literally 30 seconds down some steps from the bustling alleys of Oia, then you’re in your own little (wooden) gated community:) the whole experience really is something unique you will remember for life, and we’ve been visiting Greece for 30 + years. One of the best located balcony’s in Oia too, just book it - you won’t be disappointed!!! The hosts are great too, replied by return to any messages for arrival etc, helped us get quickly settled in, they know how to professionally host. 10/10 unique experience As Ferris Bueller says “ if you have the means, I’d highly recommend it…..

What a beautiful villa with stunning views! We really appreciated our stay, couldn't have chosen a better place. Artemis was very welcoming and helpful whenever we had a question. Breakfast delivery was perfect for us! Highly recommended- we would stay there again!

We have just thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at Aqua Terra cave accommodation. The property is roomy, well appointed and centrally located in Oia. The view is breathtaking with views from Thira right around to the Blue domes and castle. Every major attraction and photographic site is in walkable distance and many can be viewed from the sitting area. Although you are in the midst of the busy areas (during the day), that creates a great atmosphere that you can easily escape from and morning and night it is quiet. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful Artemia is a generous host and prompt with her communication. Armando who greeted us, is friendly and helpful. Linda, the cleaner also very friendly. Kan niet beter! Wow! Wat een belevenis… wij waren met ons gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 puber dochters! We hadden dus 1 cave house gehuurd, wat onderverdeeld was is 2 aparte gedeelte. Voordeel hiervan is dat je dus het hele gedeelte voor jezelf hebt en met andere gasten niets te maken hebt! Wij een knus cave house met zitkamertje, keukenblok, badkamer en slaapkamer in een grot! Meiden hadden dubbel huisje! 2 aparte ruime slaapkamers elk aparte badkamer met wastafel en toilet en op 1 van de 1 een ruime douche. De ligging kon niet beter, midden in het schitterende Oia. 1 trapje vanaf de hoofdstraat (met alle leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes) naar beneden en je staat in je eigen tuintje met 3 jacuzzi’s en een geweldig uitzicht! Terras is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen, bovenste terras nooit gezeten omdat je dan heel dicht bij drukke straatje zit! Verdieping lager heerlijke zitzakken, bankjes om te genieten van de jacuzzi en het uitzicht! Alles was er, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, ijskast, TV, WiFi (werkte alleen op slaapkamer, in grot niet) föhn, strijkijzer, wasrekje, goedwerkende airco, kluis, genoeg handdoeken. We hebben niets gemist. Voor ons was het wel even “slikken” omdat we hiervan niet op de hoogte waren, riolering is “anders”! Er mag geen toiletpapier doorgespoeld worden… (nergens blijkbaar op Santorini) dus alle (gebruikte) papiertjes moesten in pedaalemmer gedeporteerd worden! Het was eventjes wennen maar gelukkig viel het ontzettend mee. (En zwaar respect voor de poetsvrouw die elke dag kwam!) De eigenaresse, Artemis, is 24/7 bereikbaar! We hebben weinig vragen gehad maar als we iets nodig hadden of wilden weten reageerde ze binnen 5 minuten! Superfijn! Hele vriendelijke vrouw, net als de poetsvrouw! Ze zorgde ook dat sterke mannen de bagage droegen naar het huisje! Want met al die trappen en bagage van 20 kg is dat bijna niet te doen… Enige kleine minpuntje of puntje van aandacht is dat er geen verluchting zit in de badkamer, dus als je gedoucht hebt blijft het lang vochtig en benauwd! That’s all! Dit is echt een aanrader! We komen hier gegarandeerd nog terug! We hebben een week lang ontzettend genoten! Van deze cavehouses, maar ook van het weer, de vriendelijke mensen, de leuke restaurantjes en heerlijke eten de kleine steegjes en straatjes…. Santorini is SCHITTEREND!

AMAIZING vacation! Best location, house was impecable and so nice and comfortable, Artemis is all the time making your stay the most wonderful experience, very nice and helpful. Our vacation in Santorini was a dream come true specially because of them.
