Amaryllis Hotel

There is no elevator, which is not so convenient for passengers with more luggage. We asked the counter and the bellboy for help but they didn't show up so we chose to carry our own luggage from the car to the room. We left without breakfast so there was no message. When the windows of the room was opened, one of the Window fell down, which made us very nervous but we found it troublesome to change rooms so we stayed on. Overall or good, encountered the safety cabinet has a problem to solve the counter immediately.

This hotel was fantastic just a minute or so from the black beach. A family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The pool area was small but again clean and a really sun strap! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of freshly prepared options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant where we experienced fantastic pizza and Greek food. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

I booked our first trip to Santorini for my husband’s birthday, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30 in the evening to a very friendly and warm reception, I am disabled so we were given a ground floor room with a beautiful all in shower and large balcony. The room was clean fresh & bright flowing the theme of using drift wood for the light fixtures pictures ect everything is in beautiful distressed white. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, breakfast is served in the dinning room which has bi-folding glass doors which are opened all day giving a great view of the swimming pool and seating area where you can take your coffee ect outside to enjoy the sun. The is a on sight restaurant which serves the most fabulous food but be warned tho with a good appetite the portions are high and the bring you dessert and raki or ouzo free of charge!! The hotel and restaurant all run by the same family who a so friendly nothing is too much trouble from the housekeeping staff to reception to Marco in the restaurant to Mama in the kitchen who is definitely a feeder( you have been warned) lol. We couldn’t have had a better experience if we had tried and I’m so glad I book this hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Parrisa and the great thing is I think it’s the only place in Santorini that is flat!!! I personally did not stay at the hotel. However my family and I ate at the restaurant and they were so kind and funny. The best pizzas in Perissa and the pancakes and waffles were delicious. Marcus in particular was very friendly and made our day with his sense of humour!

We stayed at Hotel Amaryllis for a few nights. Great place to stay. So friendly. Nothing is to big to ask. Very accommodating. We ate at Veranda as well. Wonderful food. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a few changes daily. Our room overlooked the pool off the balcony. They were great with directions as well. aryllis I would stay again.
