Santorini Kastelli Resort

Attending an amazing retreat here (organised in the UK). Accommodation was beautiful and clean. Resort wonderfully kept and maintained. So many pools. Delicious food. Staff very attentive and super friendly. Local area had many shops, bars and restaurants. Short transfer from the airport. Had a wonderful vibe and would definitely return.

Amazing! Beautiful! Peaceful! Came here on a retreat at the end of season and the resort is beautiful! Clean and spacious with lots of pools around the grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful! Highly recommended booking the spa as well! Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to stay here and I will return ❤️

Everything about this resort is magnificent. Super friendly staff with high morals as well as super cozy and warming rooms plus very fresh and delicious breakfast and awesome location to the beach with all accessible stores and markets nearby. One thing which we found very welcoming even before arriving there was that they asked for your flight details and then they also tracked your location and status and this "being in contact" with you even before your arrival is indeed very civilized and friendly; this came to play in our case because due to the weather conditions, our flight could not land in Santorini and we landed in Athens and must have waited for the ferry to get to Santorini and we lost a day because of all the mentioned problems and we decided to stay for one more day to compensate our lost one and even though if was not at all the hotel's business, they helped us fully, from each possible aspects, to be able to enjoy our staying and it did make that lost day up to us, mostly thanks to Mr. Dimitrios Stefanos Sakellaris and of course all the other staff, whose names I unfortunately don't know to mention them personally. Every one there was super polite and friendly with a warm smile on their face, which made your every single day enjoyable and energetic. The respected lady who cleaned our room was also very welcoming and warm and thanks to her, our room was always in order with all the needed goods inside. Frankly and away from any exaggerations, all in all it was an awesome staying, surely because of super friendly staff, who honestly is glad to help you with your wishes and they do remember what you asked without even going for it twice, which is a big plus on their side; There was really nothing to complain about and gladly we would visit this resort again.

What an immaculate hotel. The rooms,the gardens,the pools. Everything is kept pristine. Good location , 5 minute walk to the beach. Only ate lunch and breakfast. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options, fresh orange juice, teas & coffees. Staff are very attentive and ready to please(shout out to Mitchel) Rooms modern and clean with a nice little balcony opening into the gardens and one of the 4 pools. Would definitely come again

I am Miss Emma from London, and I decided to go for a trip of a lifetime at the Santorini Kastelli Resort last summer. I booked an awesome sea-view suite after some negotiation on price, staff who helped us with booking was professional and knowledgeable. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. We got some complimentary toiletries. Towels were fresh. Our maid arranged my clothes neatly, which was surprising to me. The resort was only short walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from the town center. Hotel provided us with transter. We took the opportunity to go sightseeing with driver from this hotel, and it was a fantastic trip. The transfer to the airport unfortunately was not included in price The sea was exactly as on pictures. I would go again in a heartbeat to see this view again. The breakfast buffet was huge. The internet was fast. The staff was always on the line with us. it’s very important for me to be able ask for help any time.
