This hotel is by far the best choice we made with hotel choice for Fira! The rooms are on the smaller side but such good value for money. They are modern and kept immaculately clean with beds changed everyday and fresh towels everyday. The beds are so so comfortable. Really central to all the bars and restaurants. Caldera view only 5 mins walk up a small hill. The pool area is so clean and has free towels for the sunbeds. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were really friendly. If I was going to have a moan it would be there is no iron Im the room but there is a hairdryer! Thanks deluxe rest boutique for a lovely stay!

Such a lovely stay, received communication prior to arrival offering assistance with airport transfer If needed, which was so thoughtful. Receptionist couldn't have been any more genuinely helpful & friendly. Stay in room 205, which had a lovely view of the pool, great if you're looking for somewhere quiet, but in walking distance to the town.

Room full of damp with wet sheets..No one made an effort to replace the room!! After having already paid no one undertakes to do anything! A shame!! Then also at the reception a young boy with very little experience!

This place is fantastic value for money! We stayed for 5 nights from may 16th. The place is the most clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in, very modern. Lovely clean pool with free towels for sunbeds. The rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets, beds are so so comfy. The hotel is central to everything and 2 mins walk from centre shops, bars, restaurants etc...Caldera view only 4-5 mins walk away to the top of the hill! Overall loved our stay here and would go back anytime and will Be recommending to others. Only thing was there was no iron in the room but hotel has ones you can use for free. Thank you deluxe rest boutique we have had a lovely stay 😊

we stayed for a weekend in this hotel. I must say that the photos on the site are very well done, they do not correspond 100% to reality. as soon as we arrived we were assigned a very small room near the reception different from the one in the reservation we used for the first night. the following day after two reminders they gave us a spacious and nicer room near the pool. Unless explicitly asked, this hotel does not provide information on the island. We didn't try breakfast so I can't judge. relaxing pool. the gentleman who works the night shift is super kind and helpful. hotel very close to the centre. I have to say that we had a pretty good time despite these flaws. if you get a spacious room the stay is worth it.

Bad service, we had a terrible experience. On the evening of June 8th we booked a week in the deluxe hotel rest boutique and a few minutes after the booking confirmation we realized that we had booked for 2023 instead of 2022. As soon as we realized the mistake we made we decided to write an email to customer service but no one answered us, not even in the following days even though we had tried to contact the structure repeatedly, even by telephone. It's been two days and we still haven't received any response. Staff completely absent, not recommended for everyone.

Got to say when our holiday was cancelled due to Covid we were pleased and grateful to the hotel for allowing us to changes dates twice so that we could have our holiday. However after arriving and being transferred by the hotel itself to the hotel, we were then told we were required to pay again as the hotel had new owners! We had been in touch with the hotel weeks before our arrival to check the reservation and transfer was still ok to put our kinds at rest as the hotel had been difficult to contact with ******* also finding it difficult to communicate with the hotel. Again we were reassured as ******* had paid the hotel but upon arrival we were told it was to the previous owners and the current owners wanted us to pay. Had they advised us of this we would have booked elsewhere before arriving and now having unplanned expenses! They even sent us to their sister hotel saying they had no rooms available at the Deluxe Rest Boutique Hotel even though looking on different sites they did and were half the price we paid. Due to this we left Santorini to stay in different hotel on a different island as this had left a bad taste in our mouths. Why could they just have told us we needed to pay again before making the journey.

The room is taken care of down to the smallest detail, working air conditioning, huge shower, very comfortable beds, a nice terrace with a drying rack. Both receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They called us the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and also the rental company to rent the scooter. The location is strategic, very close to the center of Fira and in a maximum of 15/20 minutes you can easily reach all the adjacent locations. I definitely recommend it and would happily return to this place!
