All I can say is that the hotel in terms of Location Amenities Staff caliber Is way beyond its 5 star rating Location : you get to see the most wonderful view in all of the island Amenities : spacious rooms , spotless and well appointed Staff caliber: can I say I had a few setbacks in my trip to Greece and I was about to lose my non refundable booking. I called reservations and asked for a modification and not only did they amended despite being fully booked but they gave me a free upgrade ! Seriously a big thank you to Zina , And a thankyou to Joana, Harris and all the staff that bent backwards over forwards to help me and my children enjoy every minute of our stay Thank you thank you !

The pool was far smaller than we’d imagined, making it unappealing for relaxation. It turns into a dining venue in the evenings, so you can’t use it in the late afternoon. A road right below ruins the view, dispelling any notion of the infinity pool showcased in their photos. It’s no wonder hardly anyone hangs out there. We chose to visit another hotel for a superior pool and Caldera view, which really sums up our experience in this hotel The hotel’s pictures imply great views from most rooms, but in reality, few deliver such a view, and it’s hard to tell until you arrive. At check-in, we were asked for the card used to book. Since I didn’t have it, they said they’d cancel our reservation and demanded a new payment, which seemed shady. I’ve traveled quite a lot, and no hotel has ever required this. The manager was abrupt and insistent, making the situation even worse. The staff’s dismissive and arrogant attitude only added to our frustration. On the upside, breakfast was really good, with up to standard service and the option to have it brought to our room, which was quite convenient. The parking lot was also spacious. Beyond these advantages though the hotel didn’t live up to the quality we expected.

Unbelievably luxurious hotel! Outstanding service received our entire visit. Spectacular view! Great place to relax and rejuvenate. Front desk receptionists made great recommendations for boat tour and wine tastings. The bar and restaurant staff were passionate about their service and products. The food was outstanding with beautiful presentation. Perfect vacation!

This is simply a first class hotel with fabulous accommodation and views of the Caldera to die for. Everything is perfect, the staff are brilliant and the breakfast which you can either have in your room or in the restaurant area is just the best. It is such a shame that the island has been so effected by the way the British press have totally misrepresented the impact of the tremors, Santorini is a gem of an island and is an absolute must

Tutto perfetto! Oltre le aspettative! Indimenticabile! La location è strategica per ammirare il tramonto sul mare anche dalla propria stanza. La piscina in camera è un plus fantastico! Servizio ottimo, personale professionale e gentile! Il ristorante dell’hotel è eccellente! Insomma, assolutamente consigliato! Torneremo di sicuro!!!

We had an excellent time at West East! Fay and the team truly made our stay a great experience, and thank you as well for the room upgrade; watching the sunset from our pool was a truly memorable experience, although the water was a little cold for my liking! The restaurant was great and breakfast was always delicious. All in all, truly great time and would highly recommend.
