In the center of Fira, the hotel is very beautiful. It is converted from an old monastery. It is very tasteful and the rooms are great. It is very convenient to visit Fira and it is very close to walk. It is a great experience.

Simply fantastic the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simply amazing.,the location of the hotel was strategic in fira and walking distance to ferostefani.

The hotel is very good, very beautiful, and it is a cliff hotel. The room, pool, breakfast, all the design and service are very advanced. We had an amazing time at Katikies Garden, beautiful rooms, hotel and pool. The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing, very peaceful, serene, elegant. Breakfast was served attentively in a relaxing outdoor restaurant. We are vegetarian with no eggs, no onion garlic. Team looked after us and made yummy granola bowls either fruits, salads, fresh hot croissants and many more delicacies. Big thanks to the hotel manager, Panos Arvanitis, he ensured our stay was lovely. We had special dinner at the Selene/winery restaurant in the evening. Anastasios and Evi were amazing every morning, looked after our endless requests over breakfast and had their smiles on always.

I cant recommend this hotel enough. The staff, especially Alex the general manager, Elizabeth on reception and Panis the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful if they tried. The boutique hotel is lovely without being blingy, the food is to die for and the rooftop pool has an air of tranquility. All staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure the holiday was perfect. If fab food, peace and tranquilility are what you are looking for this is the place to stay with friendly helpful staff and an outdoor jacuzzi on your terrace it really is a little piece of heaven on earth and very relaxing.

Extremely well managed property. Friendly, accomodating, and efficient staff. Quick check-in and out process. Quick with accomodating requests. Great location. Only drawback, there are too many stairs. But the views from the rooftop deck mire that makes up for it!

We stayed at this hotel in the first week of August. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, very clean and a great size. Our balcony had a little bit of a sea view which was nice as we hadn’t chosen a sea view. The only downside was that the sun disappeared from our outside area and jetted tub at around 4pm. The water in the jetted tub is not heated so cannot be used in the evening as it felt too cold. It was lovely when there was sun on it during the day. The main pool area was gorgeous with comfy sunbeds and an amazing view. It was busy but we always managed to get a bed. The pool is not heated so not sure it would be very pleasant when the weather cools down a little bit. The food and drinks service was great and delicious. We also enjoyed our breakfasts which were all served to your table. Again the service was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay Katikies.

It’s been a while since my last review and they normally tend to be quite long and very detailed - but not this time. There’s nothing to say about this property other than - YOU MUST COME! The service (reception, porters, waiting staff, pool staff and management) is out of this world. People will say, “so it should be for a five star hotel” but these boys and girls push the boat out even further - and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. The food and drink are sensational and the rooms are out of this world. If you’re coming to Santorini, make sure the place you stay at is Katikies Garden in Fira - you won’t be disappointed.
