Very good hotel, well located. Lots of couples. Hotel and romantic destination. A few families though. Excellent staff!!

Cet hôtel prétend offrir une expérience 5 étoiles, mais il n’en mérite guère plus que 3. La piscine, non chauffée, est inutilisable, et des odeurs désagréables se répandent partout, rendant l’atmosphère insupportable. Le Wi-Fi est catastrophique, rendant toute activité en ligne impossible. Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi décevant : jus d’orange non pressé et fruits noyés dans un sirop écoeurant, un niveau de qualité inadmissible.
Le personnel est antipathique et peu professionnel. Se faire accueillir par des employés assis est scandaleux, et l’absence de groom pour les bagages laisse les clients abandonnés à eux-mêmes. Les chambres sont vétustes, avec des joints de salle de bain noircis et un entretien médiocre. La localisation, loin de tout, rend les déplacements longs et fastidieux.
Au moment du check-out, notre demande de garder la chambre une heure de plus, nécessaire pour voyager avec deux jeunes enfants, a été refusée. L’hôtel a exigé un supplément de plus de 100 euros pour une heure supplémentaire, ce qui est inacceptable. La gestion de la direction est tout simplement déplorable, incapable de répondre aux besoins des clients avec le professionnalisme attendu.
En résumé, cet hôtel est une grande déception, loin de mériter ses 5 étoiles.

We loved thebstaff, their warm.welcome and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Food was served daily and fresh and the pool was wonderful. Greag cocktails and my mum.and I love our stay. Less than 10 minutes walk from.the beach and lovely little shops and local to the monastary and Pyrgos where we watched the sunset, less busy than Oia and beautiful streets

Spacious room. Nice pool area. A very good place to take a good rest from busy life. You can only drink bottle water or water from the bar or restaurant because the tap water is salty. I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach. There are a lot of bars and restaurant there for you and your friends to have a nice time. Breakfast in 9 Muse was good. Also, Sunrise at the beach was beautiful.

This was a solo journey to Santorini I was made welcome at the 9 muses straight away with a welcome drink of sparkling wine. Nothing was too much for the staff who were friendly and efficient a rare combination. The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The food was a buffet with a lovely selection something everyday delicious and fresh thankyou Denis the chef. Special mention to the staff Mariana,Elisavet,Vasilini,Cina,Elpnvn, Ahmed and Nikos. Sorry for anyone I have not mentioned. The barman makes the best aperol spritz I have ever tasted sorry I did not get your name. On the negative some areas could do with an update. Bathrooms in the standard room walk in shower maybe?. And the spa area especially the jacuzzi. Thankyou to the manager Gergious? You run a wonderful hotel I left feeling relaxed and happy.

Whilst travelling to the airport, we received a call from Easyjet that they had changed our hotel to the 9 Muses. We were disappointed, as we're looking forward to the hotel in the centre of Perissa, however we did not really have any other option, so we accepted the change. The hotel is very well laid out but lacks any form of charm should you wish to eat and use the bar in the evenings. The rooms are quite dated and basic, and although there is a fridge, there are no tea/coffee making facilities, which you would naturally expect from a 5 star resort. The pools are kept in excellent condition, and there are toilets and showers located close to the pool area. There were always plenty of sunbeds for guests regardless of which time you arrived, although there were strong sewage smells on occasions, which nobody could identify what was causing it. The hotel is located very much on the outskirts of Perissa and takes about 10-15 mins to reach the beach and restaurants. The resort on whole is very nice, but certainly not 5 star. The staff are extremely helpful, especially the reception, and try their best to make you feel welcome. Although we had a pleasant week, we would probably not return for the reasons stated above.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 1 settimana a settembre. Il resort all’arrivo si presenta ordinato, moderno ed elegante. La reception al contrario si presenta impreparata ad un gruppo di persone italiane (non riesce a comunicare) e richiede una caparra di 300€ se non inserisci i dati della propria carta di credito. La colazione non è a livello di un resort continentale: pochi prodotti dolci al contrario dei prodotti salati e nessuna descrizione degli allergeni, inoltre molteplici mosche sulle fette biscottate (no monoporzioni) e sul pane. La camera è molto spaziosa, il letto più grande di un matrimoniale normale. Il bagno un po’ piccolo, la doccia ha il vetro solo a metà così da bagnare tutto il pavimento fuori. Le pulizia delle camere sono indecenti: il letto è fatto male e gli asciugamani spesso macchiati. Un giorno ho dovuto chiamare per rifarmi la camera in quante alle 17 non erano ancora passati. Unico punto a loro favore è la zona piscine molto bella. Non tornerei più e non ce lo consiglio.
