We was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.
Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.

Très bon séjour dans cette établissement. Tout était parfait. La chambre magnifique, propre et le personnel juste magique. Ils sont aux petits soins et nous donnent les bonnes adresses.

サントリーニの南部に宿泊するのであれば悪くない立地だが、かなり坂の上のほうにあるので歩いていくのは大変。
部屋のシャワールームに謎の髪の毛が大量に張り付いているのと、エアコンからアンモニア臭のする空気が出てきたのが気になった。
バス停の位置がわからないので確認したが、英語があまり聞き取れず困っていたところ、バス停まで送ってくれてありがたかった。
食事は周りにあまりレストランがないが、ホテル内のレストランでサントリーニにしてはコスパのよい食事がとれる。

The hotel is only about 20 minutes from the airport by car, though you’ll definitely need transport to get around the island. Check-in went very smoothly, as did the online booking and payment process. The hotel is beautifully situated in the mountains, and on arrival you’re greeted with a fantastic panoramic view of the island. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that there are quite a few steps and inclines. Our room was spacious, and the bed even larger — we had a great night’s sleep! Fresh towels were provided daily. Breakfast can sometimes be a bit hectic if the restaurant is full, as the food is often brought out all at once — my only small negative point. The staff and owners are incredibly thoughtful and kind; nothing is ever too much trouble. Transport to restaurants, beaches, and the main towns was all perfectly organised. A special shout-out to Isabel and Spiros, who truly made our stay memorable. A fantastic place to visit — even if the wind can occasionally be a bit off-putting. Next time, we might just stay in one of their villas with a private pool!

What can I say but the location is lovely. It sits up on a hill looking down over a bay. At night it is so pretty with the lights from the buildings in the distance shining down. The staff are so helpful and friendly and offer a free car ride into the local village where there are restaurants, a shop and you can catch the bus into the town. The food is lovely and fresh. Our room was more than adequate and very clean. This holiday was a present from my daughter so I am not aware of how much it cost to stay but I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Santorini

Where do I start, what an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the view takes your breath away. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. From reception and the amazingly warm welcome they give where they sit you done and talk through everything with complimentary cocktail which was so needed, the chef and the great food served with very generous portions, to the cleaners (who never wake you and seem to always manage to clean your room immaculately the second you leave) and a special mention to the drivers who are such nice people who can’t do enough for you. Isabel is like the mum of the villa and on the one wet day we had (the only during our week stay from 28th September till October 5th) she really made our day special. We went to see all of Santorini and This is by the far the best location with the best people. Thank you all and we will see you again next year.
