We were in Firostefani in Santorini a month ago, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Literally below our room, is the "Sunset Hotel"... Obviously we have not stayed there, BUT we experienced their unprofessinoalism. Our second night in Santorini, around midnight, we literally popped out of our bed, due to noise, screamings, loud laughters and drunk shouting... A huge bunch of people (Americans), having no respect for anyone else around them, decided to terrify the entire area... I had to call the police at 1 am, and after they arrived, they shut it down. I tried to call the Hotel at the time but no one picked up. During the week, things were somehow ok, so we assumed that our complaints and the phone call at the police station, made them to be descent humans again... Guess what?? Nope... Clowns and disrespectful arrogants, did exactly the same thing our last night... I called the police again, and the same police men came... They shut them down, and then their... "leader" came the stairs up, holding a glass of red wine, not being able to even stand, and told the policemen, that in 5 minutes they would all go in their rooms. When the policemen left, the same guy, was jumping from balcony to balcony, trying to reach our room... He would look at us, crossing his hands on his chest... I tried to call the Sunset Hotel again, but guess what?? Correct.. No one picked up. These people were aware of this behaviour and they did nothing to make it right. When yuo have an establishment, you are responsible for your customers... If you cannot manage, you can just close it down. Awful experience...
