The sanitary conditions are very poor and there are dead insects on the ground. The environment is okay and quiet, but there is no sunset and good scenery. The service was so bad that they didn't even put coffee, otherwise they didn't put any sugar. All the bath supplies contained either shampoo or shower gel. They didn't even need to change the towels, but picked them up for you to dry and use again. The facilities are very old, one of the lights cannot be turned on, the two sockets are unusable, and the drain is blocked!

We just got back from spending 9 days at the Marizan. They made our stay very special. Everything was wonderful. Also, best spot in Oia to see the sunset

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

We loved our stay ! The staff was accommodating and so friendly. The breakfasts served every morning at our rooms was amazing. The location perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping but still quiet. I would definitely return !

Beautiful room and beautiful views! Very spacious as we traveled with our 2 boys! Great breakfast in the morning! We loved everything about the hotel, 5 min walk to downtown.
