Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο μόνο dreaming δεν ήταν. Μείναμε στην executive σουιτα (μόνο για ένα βράδυ ευτυχώς) και λυπηθήκαμε κάθε ευρώ που δώσαμε. Συγκεκριμενα μπαινοντας στο δωματιο βλεπεις την εξωτερικη πορτα η οποια δεν κλειδωνει με καποιο τροπο να ειναι σκουριασμενη και σε πολυ κακη κατασταση. Το τζακουζι κιτρινο σε αρκετα σημεια αφηνοντας ερωτηματα για την καθαριοτητα του. Το τραπεζακι που υπαρχει εξω για το πρωινο ειχε ξεκολλησει το επανω μερος απο τα ποδια που στηριζεται. Μπαινοντας στο δωματιο αρχικα αντικριζεις το πομολο της πορτας που ειναι κατεστραμμενο και σιχαινεσαι να το ακουμπησεις. Η πρωτη εντυπωση του δωματιου μολις μπηκαμε ηταν ενα καθαρο δωματιο.κοιτωντας με μεγαλυτερη λεπτομερεια βρηκαμε σκονες και τριχες αναμεσα στο στρωμα του κρεβατιου , σκουριασμενο ντουζ και σιφωνια στο μπανιο με το αποκορυφωμα να βρουμε το βραδυ 2 κατσαριδες. Ποσο περισσοτερο να σιχαθεις.....ανοιξαμε ενα ντουλαπι και ειδαμε τα μαχαιροπιρουνα να ειναι σε αθλια κατασταση και υποτιθεται τα ειχαν για να τα χρησιμοποιησουμε αν θελουμε. Το πρωινο ασχολιαστο... μονο βουτυρο και καθολου μελι και μαρμελαδα που ζητησαμε.δηλαδη το γιαουρτι και το ψωμι θα το τρωγαμε με βουτυρο αν ειναι δυνατον. Ο καφες σκετος χωρις ζαχαρη διπλα να προσθεσουμε, τα μαχαιροπιρουνα που εφεραν για το πρωινο ηταν λερωμενα. Το χειροτερο δωματιο που εχω μεινει ποτε!

Suite molto al di sotto delle aspettative, prezzo 256€ per una notte ma ne valeva zero, doccia con muffa e calcare, capelli ovunque, formiche nella suite, piscina privata ingiallita, wc indecoroso, sdraio inutilizzabili per quando sporchi.

The view is undeniably beautiful — that’s the one thing this property has going for it. The staff were lovely and very polite throughout. Special credit to the man who carried our bags through the steep, difficult access path; he truly went above and beyond and deserves far better pay for what he does. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The room was noticeably run down and not clean at all. It did not match the photos on the booking site — very misleading. The bathroom was quite disgusting, and to top it off, there was no hot water, forcing us to take cold showers. Access to the property is complicated and should come with a strong warning — anyone with mobility issues would seriously struggle here. Breakfast was cold on arrival and entirely underwhelming. Considering the premium price we paid, we expected a significantly higher standard across the board — this was not worth the cost.

Excellent location, great service
It's hard to find a better view and location as it faces the Caldera. Dimitris the manager is excellent, punctual and addresses things super quickly. Service is excellent and location is central yet private.
