The location is great, at the entrance to the main road in Oia, with beautiful views. At night, the moonlight reflected on the sea level is very romantic. We were looking forward to the cave house and were very satisfied.

Very beautiful hotel in Oia. We had the most awesome views! Do note that the hotel is not for the physically impaired as it takes some serious climbing and descent getting in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate. We really loved our stay here.

Jaw dropping view. Worth every cent that you pay. Fantastic breakfast and service by the crew. A little tiring to walk up the stairs. But it’s all worth it.

這個差評給的是酒店的設施，不是工作人員。
1.我和我弟住了兩晚、分別經歷了斷水和停電。在我剛抹好護髮素的時候突然斷水了，心情很崩潰。聯繫工作人員送來了一桶水和飲用水
2.房間有股很怪的味道，廁所和房間都有。我一開始以為是我對氣味比較敏感，結果發現幾件放床上和沙發上的衣服也染上了一點這種味道。
3.雙卧室的套房正對着公共泳池，毫無私隱性，隔音也很差，如果關掉廁所和大門上的透光板，裏面會很黑。
4.酒店上下坡路不好走，有點陡，穿拖鞋容易打滑。但有工作人員專門幫人搬箱子。
5.房間衞生一般，床單和床蓋有點潮，沒有被子，衹有蓋床上的那個薄層，擱脖子上不太舒服。樓下這間房間，很明顯無法通風。另外，住兩晚沒有保潔，雖然我們睡到了12點才起，但這在其他任何一個酒店都沒發生過，居然沒有保潔
最後強調，工作人員都很友善負責，包括搬行李的小哥和前台，差評和他們沒關係。
