Pegasus Suites & Spa

Came with my wife in the low season so had plenty of options. Luckily we stumbled upon the Pegasus. Great location in the middle of the island. Walking distance from main retail, restaurants and attractions. The hotel has all the necessary amenities. Enjoyed superb spa services. Above all is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Attended to all our needs and expectations. Offered assistance in arranging activities etc. Thank you We had a wonderful time.

Reluctantly leaving this beautiful hotel after the most perfect 3 night stay. From the spectacular, bucket list views to the exquisite food and drink to the best ‘service’ I think I have experienced anywhere on my travels. This family run hotel is lead with heart and it’s reflected in everything they do. We will return. Thank you

I stayed here late September to early October. We were so looking forward to staying in a luxury suite, immediately when we were brought into our room 113 we found the room to be average or below average to be honest. It really lacked a luxury feel. We had a sea view which was amazing and the best part by far! We had a small table and 2 basic chairs outside the room, I felt we should have had sun loungers, its supposed to be 5 star, right? Sun beds by the main pool require new covers, they are shabby and dirty looking. Umbrellas by the pool were very basic also, quite small and difficult to put up or down, someone was willing to do this when asked no problem but I felt if they were better quality this could be done by guests themselves. Breakfast wasn't great either, hot food options were minimal and the scrambled egg turned gray in the food warmer. Breakfast to the room was at an additional cost of €20. We had friends staying at a near by place 'On the Rocks', they were able to order their breakfast the night before via an online link and this was delivered to the room at no extra cost. They also had sun loungers outside their room. All these additional 'extras/luxuries' are what you get a 5 star place usually. I found the hygiene not to my standard also. Generally we just felt disappointed we did not get the luxury we would associate with a 5 star venue and did not find it good value for money.

We had an incredible stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa—truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome, stunning ambiance, delicious food, and thoughtful attention to detail made all the difference. Maria at the front desk, along with her amazing team, were exceptional hosts who ensured our comfort and satisfaction throughout. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful place.
