The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really stand out. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a very disappointing experience. Two pieces of my jewellery went missing from my room, which I belive to have been stolen, and when I raised this, I was told the manager was not on the island and would call me back. When she finally did, the response I received was incredibly unprofessional and extremely dismissive before the phone was put down on me. Not only was this rude and inconsiderate but it left me feeling completely unsupported. I was also told I must have simply lost the jewellery, which was insulting and unhelpful. I do understand that valuables should be placed in the safe, and on this occasion I didn’t use it, but I still expected a respectful and constructive response. It’s such a shame, as the hotel itself has so much potential, but this incident has left a lasting negative impression. Be mindful if you decide to stay here. On a better note Maria and John were lovely and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa—truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome, stunning ambiance, delicious food, and thoughtful attention to detail made all the difference. Maria at the front desk, along with her amazing team, were exceptional hosts who ensured our comfort and satisfaction throughout. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful place.

Hotel people and staff are lovely. Most important person that helped the most is effie she has been super great. This hotel should be proud of this women at the desk otherwise I would not choose this hotel she made it easy and smooth not like other hotels!

This hotel was the best one I've ever stayed at. Maria was absolutely fantastic couldn't do enough for us, they booked us in to a lovely restaurant helped us with all our enquiries and gave us a free upgrade on the room to the most amazing suite due to it being my 30th and our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the room was incredible the staff were incredible, the breakfast had a vast choice and free room service was brilliant. Overall this stay was deserving of more than 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel . Luxurious yet cosy. Amazing view from the rooms and the location is perfect . While still enjoying the best view it is not far from Fira , the center .

Absolutely stunning hotel in the cliffs of Imerovigli, a beautiful, quiet area of Santorini, with beautiful views, restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were so helpful. Especially John who served us breakfast every day, remembering everyone’s coffee preference and writing a list of places for us to visit during the week. They literally did everything to make our stay the best. The rooms are well equipped, very clean and have the most amazing views of the sunset. A truly magical hotel stay perfect for a romantic getaway

We cannot say enough about the facility & people at Pegasus Suites! Maria at the front desk (and concierge), John in the restaurant, Konstantinos at the pool bar, and many others whose name we don't remember - were all helpful and helped make our stay fantastic. Our room was a Honeymoon suite with pool, and it was exactly as expected. The website does a great job of showing the rooms. For us, the location was perfect since we had a rental car and they had free parking. It was a help - and although you cannot avoid steep hills & steps anywhere near the cliffs, the Pegasus location worked wonderfully for us. Restaurants were just a short walk, and we found Imerovigli to be the best location in Santorini. Thanks to everyone at Pegasus Suites!
