The breakfast was very delicious and the service was great.
Best of all, the sea view from the room was amazing.
There was nothing blocking our view of the ocean and we felt very relaxed.

From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. I can't wait to return to this fairytale property. Do yourself a favor and look no further -- you've found the perfect place to call home on your visit to Santorini!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights, our only wish was that we didn’t stay longer. This place is incredible, from the concierge to the room to the views to the food. Everything here is great. Breakfast, lunch, room service great. Lauda is an acquired taste but an amazing experience for all. The guest services here are great, the staff is eager to make your trip easier. The grounds are immaculate. I love this place. This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a long list of “luxury hotels”- this one blows them out of the water.

Espectacular hotel. Es la mejor ubicación de la isla, centro de Oia, trato e instalaciones inmejorables. Hemos estado en muy buenos hoteles y éste está a la altura de los mejores. Todas las ventajas de un hotel boutique y además tienes a tu disposición las instalaciones del Hotel Arcadia, gym, pacman, Beefbar…. El restaurante Lycabettus por sí solo ya merece una visita a la Isla. Crucero privado, beach club, cualquier actividad organizada por el hotel merece la pena, La atención del personal del hotel es espectacular. Mención aparte merece Giorgio, una persona que hace que tu estancia sea diferente; consejos, excursiones, reservas en restaurantes, transfer, late check out, conectado 24 horas por watsup para cualquier necesidad que tengas. Ojalá todos los hoteles tuvieran una persona así para que tu estancia sea diferente Volveremos seguro Gracias

Very beautiful location and extremely good hospitality. Their services are excellent and behaviour of staff is extremely polite. We cherished our stay in the beautiful designer suit room with a pool and two beautiful balconies. The restaurant location is at the cliff and extremely beautiful

I would stay away from this place. I had booked here for a few days in 2022. However due to Covid, the Greece embassy in my country(India) had less staff and could not process my visa on time. I received the visa 2 weeks after I had booked the reservation. I had booked in a total of 4 resorts in various places. I had shown the embassy letter to all the resorts and they very generously cancelled the reservations and refunded the amount. However this particular resort would not cancel and refund the amount. They did say I could use it for the next 2 years. However, as I am the Managing Director of a company which runs 10 hospitals and 5 colleges, it has been very difficult for me to find time to travel for more than a few days.Also I have had foot surgery which makes it very difficult. Running a company myself, I would never treat anyone who came for a service this way. I believe they do not know the meaning of hospitality and only care for money. They will not be successful with this mindse

My experience in this hotel was pure paradise. Situated on the stunning cliffs overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea, this hotel is a true gem. The architecture of the hotel perfectly complements the natural beauty of Santorini, with whitewashed buildings and stunning ocean views from every angle. The room was luxurious and thoughtfully designed,a terrace to watch the breathtaking after colors of the sunsets. The front desk team made sure every need was met and providing excellent recommendations for exploring the island. I indulged in delicious local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool, soaking in the serene atmosphere. My stay was a dream come true and an experience I will never forget. Till next time.

Our stay at this hotel in Santorini was wonderful! The traditional rooms were cozy and full of character, providing an authentic island experience. We loved the choice between the jacuzzi and the pool, both perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. While there are quite a few steps throughout the island in general, it added to the charm. A special shoutout to Kim, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful demeanor. Overall, a delightful stay that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!
