This was my worst stay in Greece trip. Hotel is located under a restaurant which plays very loud music until midnight!! The sound proof is no existence, you can hear all the music and can’t sleep at all. There is no reception post 22 as well, so no service nothing can be done with the loud music. Location is close to the church in Fira but far away from bus station (15 min walk). Reception is also far from the room, 10 min walk.
But besides that, good views from the room and Kelly at reception is friendly. And variety range of breakfast offered.

This is also a landscape hotel for watching the sunset. The surrounding area belongs to a deep resort area. There are snack restaurants and shopping shops above the stone steps, which are quite convenient. To go out, you need to walk or take a bus to connect to the town of Fira. I am very grateful to the two bellman who helped me carry my luggage when I took the room and checked out. Great people! 👍

Our experience with this hotel was great, they have a very caring and professional staff that do their best to make your time special. We started in another hotel we didn't like so we called them directly for booking, the hotel manager (Kelly) did everything she could to compensate us for the time we lost at the first hotel though it wasn't their fault, they upgraded our room to a studio with jacuzzi, they worked fast to give us a very early check-in so we don't lose a single hour outside the hotel, and they provided all the means of comfort we needed to spend a wonderful night at this beautiful hotel with a great view of the Caldera. It's very important to have a caring staff at the hotel, this makes an unbelievable difference during your stay, special thanks to Kelly and her team... We'll definitely come back again in future trips.

Hotel davvero molto molto bello, la nostra era una suite “luna di miele”, ci siamo stati solamente per 2 notti, quanto basta per capire la disponibilità e la professionalità di tutti loro, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza una persona dello staff ci ha aiutato con il trasporto delle nostre “enormi” valigie, visto che la prossima tappa era IOS, la struttura si trova nei viottoli bianchi tipici di Santorini quindi portare le valigie è alquanto scomodo ma grazie e loro non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà. La colazione si richiede tramite lista la mattina e ti arriva fuori la camera (se hai la vista con il piano di appoggio con le sedie), altrimenti viene servita in piscina, tutto sempre vista mare. Camera e pulizia di livello per essere in Grecia, a qualsiasi nostra richiesta di info, anche per i taxi, la struttura si è sempre resa disponibile.

When we arrived - our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The Caldera view was stunning and the outdoor jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. Breakfast was brought to our balcony each morning and the room was great. The staff were so accommodating - we needed to add a night due to a flight change and they were able to help us out. We had to change rooms but they moved our luggage for us. There are so many stairs! But the views were worth it. We would definitely stay here again!
