I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories. Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Service was 100% great, but we didn’t get breakfast 😂😂. Said because it was winter but the staff are super nice

Good location, but in a noisy street

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

The room is big and clean. I am generally satisfied with it. However, breakfast does not start until 8:30. If you are in a hurry to catch a plane or ferry, you may not have time for breakfast.

The boss lied to us that he wanted to renovate the hotel, and changed our hotel, and there was no breakfast. In addition, when we arrived at the hotel at around 10 o'clock on the first night, no one received us. Later, we contacted the boss through the other guests and got settled. This hotel will bully you when you see the elderly who don't understand the language. I can only give it a bad rating. I hope Ctrip will blacklist this hotel, so that we Chinese people are bullied.

It is located in the north of Fira Town, about 1.3 km walk to Fira Bus Station. The room is very clean and the surrounding area is very quiet. There is a swimming pool in the middle, which is open all day. The owner is very nice and the breakfast is also good! Very cost-effective!

The room was clean. The location is a little far from the center, but if that's not a problem then it's fine. The breakfast was also satisfactory.

The location is super super good. It's very close to the Acropolis Station and the Acropolis Museum. It takes only two minutes to get there. There is a park in the other direction, which is also very close. It's very convenient. However, the double bed is two single beds put together. The room is a bit old.

It's the best value for money. I'm going to have a comfortable rest!
