The facilities in the room are not user-friendly. There is no slightly higher table. The stairs are too steep. If you are not careful, you may miss a step. It is dangerous.

wunderschöne neue Anlage mit Meerblick und direkt am zum Sonnenuntergang schauen. Die hochwertige Ausstattung der Appartements ist etwas getrübt durch mangelnde Möglichkeiten nasse Sachen aufzuhängen. Bei einem eigenen Pool etwas mühsam. Der Zimmerservice hat Zeit genug unsere Ladekabel fein säuberlich mit Klettband aufzuwickeln, dafür fehlt ein „nicht stören“ Schild und Poolservice, Zimmerservice und Abendservice läuten einen aus dem Mittagsschlaf etc. Frühstücksservice ist bemüht, fast übertrieben freundlich, nachdem 40 Minuten seit der Bestellung vergangen sind fragt man höflich nach ob noch etwas fehlt….. das ist kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Den Vogel schießt der Restaurantmanager ab, der unsere berechtigte Reklamation anhört, sich umdreht und geht. Danach schickt er eine Claim-Managerin die mit hundert Ausreden kommt. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen kein Ort zum empfehlen.
