The experience was terrible. The main reason was that the hotel management was not good, the room rate was erratic, and the wrong room type allocation was not worth mentioning. We paid the room fee at the hotel, and the deposit was also deducted after we checked out. It was double charged. We contacted the official website of Ctrip via email for a refund, but they didn't respond. It's a hotel with very poor ethics. They think that tourists are disposable. Choose carefully!

I couldn't find the location, so I went up↑ and down↓, which was a bit of a problem, but an older lady nearby
helped me, and I was able to check in✅ safely👍 They also arranged for a taxi🚕, which was very helpful.
