Location is at the top of Santorini which is not so convenient to get there. However, the view is excellent.

Jacuzzi not working, waited for almost half a day and water is still cold, the women in the reception keep telling us to wait, but after more than one hour there is no difference in the water temperature at all. At the end they just change the water to warm water and told us it will get to 38 degree after some time. But the water gets colder and colder. The facility was broken and the staff should knew it since we was a comment on Google just a few days before us saying the same thing. We paid extra for the hot water jacuzzi but didn’t enjoy it at all. Totally disappointed!

Excelente hotel , vistas increíbles de Fira Santorini. Pero lo principal un 100 para las personas que nos atendieron. Tuvimos un problema y gracias a ellos todo se resolvió . Seguiré agredecida siempre con el Sr Sócrates .

Fomos em família mas o hotel é mais para casais como a maioria em Santorini, mesmo assim tentaram nos atender bem. Café da manhã fraco, serviço atencioso mas falta funcionários para tudo. Quarto pequeno com bela vista, no entanto o pior chuveiro que vi na minha vida, impossível tomar banho nele. A vista da jacuzzi do quarto e da pequena piscina do hotel são lindas.

Santorini dual jacuzzi
Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The reception personnel helped us book transportation to the port and even helped with luggage.

We stayed for 4 nights B&b. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much to ask. It’s in a good location and the room was really nice. They provided a gluten free breakfast for me so I was very happy. The room was big and had a large jacuzzi at the back of the room. I would recommend this hotel it’s in a good location and has a very instagramable pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location.
We enjoyed our stay. The manager and bartender were awesome. They helped us when needed and we enjoyed conversing with them. We loved the location as it was just at the end of the Fira center so it was much quieter and not as crowded. Only negative we had was that we had to fill the hot tub each time we wanted to use it.
